Looks like all of these small earthquakes are all just a few blocks from the Big Bear City "Downtown" area near the lake and I notice all of the epicenters are situated right in the middle of a neighborhood that is just adjacent to downtown, but looks like it might be newer, AND appears to also be situated more near the epicenter of the 1992 Earthquake in that region or 2 miles from it, anyways:
