Northern California EQ Alert Will Run Through July 21, and 22, 2013! Hurricane In Caribbean Sea!!! New Alerts Will Follow!!!

Well there was a rather high number of big earthquakes that struck during the July New Moon Window and right up to that New Moon we've been seeing an inordinate amount of Major Earthquake Swarms. I suppose we will now need to keep watching just a little while for those swarms to see if they will continue or if something such as 7.2 and 6.6 PNG has helped to release all that earthquake energy.

I'm writing today to say that beyond the end of the July New Moon we pretty much have only to wait for the alert for Northern California to run its course which will happen on July 13. Now something could still strike between now and Saturday, but in the meantime the big alert for the Los Angeles Region and especially Mexicali/Calexico should be considered to have ended, too. That one will be officially all through tomorrow, but neither will I be worrying too much about something shaking Los Angeles on Day 52 with so much earthquake energy having been released in that time period anyways. In fact the two 7.2 and 6.6 that struck PNG yesterday could very well have been just that energy and might even have been situated directly on that straight line that I had said will go far beyond Southern California. Few more days on Eureka, San Francisco, and NorCal due to it having a ten days longer window will not entirely run its course until July 21 and 22, 2013 for those of you who are following closely every single tick, here. Northern California will need to especially watch on July 12 and July 13, 2013 due to those two dates being a correlation with the Hector Mines Earthquake and the Islamabad Earthquake. Possible, some like to say, that bigger amounts of Major Earthquake Energy could take a few days longer to release. So, we should continue to watch especially Northern California a few days yet!

New Moon Alert Through 11:16 pm Pacific Time Monday Night! Eureka?????

It occurred to me at some point during the day today that after I wrote that EQ Blog entry early today that when I did just so happen to mention Antiqua and Antiqua did just so happen to get an earthquake and then last night Barbuda and Barbuda gets an earthquake early today, it occurred to me during the day today that a 4.9 Richters earthquake at Barbuda was that straight line from the globe that originated at the path on the ground of the Reno Tornado. If that is so, then I suddenly realized that the other end of that same line went directly through Eureka, California! Do you recall that Great Vid? @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ks_cJelof4 AND therefore it would then be possible that both of those shakers that have now struck "Antiqua and Barbuda" both respectively might then also indicate that same line of energy could be headed directly up towards Eureka, California. That because all of that earthquake energy that struck at Barbuda early today had to have come from somewhere and as you know if you seen the above vid, I already showed where the line went directly through Antiqua. . . and it also just so happens to go directly through Eureka, California.

Now there is just as much chance of this Major Earthquake striking between this writing and the end of the alert on July 13, as there is of it striking right this moment right now tonight within the July New Moon Window. Maybe the New Moon will mean what I like to call a "Bump" in the chance, but possibly not much more than that. You see if the earthquake energy does in fact travel in this manner, then the new moon will not necessarily be the trigger or as one of those New Moon stories that one of you sent me stated, it would have to be a fault line that could be triggered by the additional pull of the New Moon. Will Eureka be triggered by the July 2013 New Moon? We've got a few hours left yet to find out and it has so far been a fairly active New Moon Window so please Keep Watching, especially Eureka and California!!! EQ Guy

7.2 and 6.6 Richters Strike New Britain Island PNG! New Anza and Mammoth, California Swarms!!! New Moon!

The exact moment of the July New Moon will be at 11:16pm Pacific Time Sunday Night. Few hours yet, but so far there has already been two Major Shakers at and near New Britain Island, PNG. A 7.2 and 6.6 that happened within 2 hours of each other, Just in the last few minutes before I started writing this EQ Blog there was a swarm that has now struck at Mammoth Lakes, California starting at 20:04 to 20:32 with a total of 10 earthquakes totaling 10.8 Richters. There was a smaller swarm earlier in the day today at Anza, California totaling 7.5 Richters. Did we dodge a Major 7.5 Earthquake at Anza when the swarm totaled 7.5 Richters?

We will now need to be watching especially close due to there being SO MUCH Major Earthquake Energy out there! Just in the time it is taking me to write the first paragraph there was a 5.8 South of Jakarta, Indonesia and a 5.9 Just 24 Miles South of San Salvador, El Salvador!!! That one struck half an hour ago and there could be MANY, MANY more where that one came from!!! Checking and looking for one that did strike at the EXACT MOMENT of the New Moon and I do recall one doing just that. . . Plane Crash at San Francisco Airport, SFO!!! ALSO New Moon Window Starting!!!

Plane landing at San Francisco Airport today experienced an issue with the tail of the plane striking seawall at the end of the runway hard and causing the tail section to shear off the plane resulting in a fire that eventually spread to the entire plane but only AFTER all the passengers had made a successful emergency exit from the plane. Currently it appears all but two have survived with remarkably low numbers injured like 50 with only a few critical probably due to quick emergency response (225 First Responders) there at SFO, the three letter abbreviation for that San Francisco Airport where I landed and took-off from during my own Quake Chase 2011. God Bless ALL of those involved!

The New Moon Window will officially start in twenty minutes as I am writing and probably by time I am done posting and editing this EQ Blog Entry it will be in full effect so we will also now have some additional concern with the fact that it seemed kind of ironic a plane could have crashed and especially that they would be talking about something that could possibly have been connected to wind shear, downdraft, or possibly a microburst? @ http://news.discovery.com/earth/weather-extreme-events/can-a-microburst-or-wind-shear-crash-a-plane-130415.htm Not asking tonight if a "Microburst" had anything to do with SFO or not. The professionals will look into all that in good time, tonight I am asking if the fact that the San Andreas Fault is located right there at the top of that mountain just to the West of that airport AND there have been any number of small shakers right at almost that exact spot this week AND for what it's worth the additional pull of the July New Moon begins right now. Whether that contributed anything to microburst or downdraft coming down the hill from San Andreas around Noon today is probably out there.

We must now especially watch Northern California for earthquakes through Sunday and into Monday Night because there have been a lot of swarms all over California. I suppose there is that chance that Pacifica Shakers plus a microburst at SFO could equal an earthquake, not to mention now a plane crash and added traffic there on the San Andreas Fault. So, also watch Frisco, Pacifica, and San Jose for some earthquake energy to be released, too.

JULY NEW MOON Window Starts Tonight!!! 11:16pm Pacific Time!!! WATCH Eureka, and San Francisco!!!!!

Hello, there is sooooooo much possible major earthquake energy out there somewhere as a lot of you know due to all of those swarms that have been tracking up and down and back and forth across all of California, that it seems to me it would be difficult for California to escape just getting a whole lot more of that during this here July New Moon Window that starts tonight Pacific Time! 11:16pm to be exact, plus or minus like an hour for both Susanville May 23, 2013 and Offshore San Diego December 14, 2012. So be watching pretty much beginning immediately because it is starting to look like a correlation with Major Earthquakes and Full and New Moons is becoming a reality and it could especially become a reality tonight for California!!! I like to say that at some point in the future we might have to just in general alert the people when situations such as this one here tonight and tomorrow arise due to such a potentially dangerous correlation seemingly coming to light, but for now be warned. It is a correlation that I am working on towards perfecting a method of hopefully someday knowing more and more about exactly when and where the next major earthquake might strike. As of this writing I have not yet gone through all of the results of all of my research into Full and New Moons and as a result I am sorry that I do not have exact numbers; as far as how many times I have had actual alerts ON the Full and New Moon that shook, but it is a lot of them. . . let me guess fifty or more percent of the time.

Northern California has a Major Alert/Official Prediction that will continue to be in effect through July 13, 2013 and so I will be especially worried about them and Pacifica, California and directly ON the San Andreas Fault near Downtown San Francisco has been getting many as well as Eureka and Ferndale at the far North of Cali with a 3.4 that just struck around Midnight and a 2.7 that struck around 2:30am Central Time early this morning. Looks like that might be the exact epicenter of the July New Moon California Earthquake of around 7 Richters, if I might say so! Could also be something left of all the Los Angeles alerts although the time did run out on that. . . Day 51 and 52 is still next week, so?

New Moon Window Starts Late Saturday Evening!!! WATCH California!!!!!

I hope by now I do not have to explain that we have more than correlated the New Moon with Major Earthquakes striking! It just so happens right now that we are watching for a Major Earthquake AND tomorrow night late will be the beginning of this months July 2013 New Moon Window! Actual moment of this months July New Moon will be at 7:16am July 8 UTC, 1:16 Central Time or 11:16pm Sunday July 7, 2013 Pacific Time with that window beginning late Saturday July 6 at 11:16pm Pacific Time plus perhaps just an hour or two before that just for extra measure, you know.

LOTS of stuff going on around California as far as earthquakes are concerned as you probably already know, and I am very much afraid that this weekend and especially beginning late tomorrow night could produce one or both of these Major California Earthquakes that we have been watching for. . . especially with 2 major alerts still going on out there and at least one Official Prediction that continues to be in affect for Northern California. My regular followers have by now seen plenty of these Major Earthquakes correlate with Full and most recently New Moons that it should be starting to be common knowledge that there is a fairly good chance California will shake during the coming July New Moon Window at least the same as Susanville, California did at 8:47pm on May 23, 2013 with the exact moment of the May 2013 Full Moon being May 24 at 9:27pm Pacific! There was also the now Great Offshore San Diego 6.3 Earthquake of 2:30am on December 14, 2012 with the exact moment of the December 2012 NEW Moon being December 13 at 42 minutes after Midnight Pacific.

Therefore, I am even impressed myself at how good those numbers look! And please notice that neither one of them fell on the exact click. . . of my Full and New Moon Windows, rather just a couple minutes before or after. Swarm Striking Los Angeles Right This Minute!!! Totals 6.1 Richters So Far! Keep Watching! Also 38 More Shakers Strike Geysers!!!

Another 40 Richters of Earthquake Swarms hits the California Geysers region!!! That's just afternoon and evening today in addition to all of those that struck early this morning through morning! There have also been just now as I am writing this MORE brand new small swarm like shakers striking all over Downtown Los Angeles!!! 1.1 San Fernando, 1.5 Culver City, 1.4 Marina Del Rey, and 2.1 Palos Verdes! Of course all together they add up to 6.1 Richters, but there could be more coming! Still a lot of earthquake energy out there so continue to be watching! There could still be a HUGE Major Earthquake waiting to strike Los Angeles and remember the exact epicenter should be the Imperial, California Region around Mexicali/Calexico. . . but of course it could hit Culver City, San Fernando, or even Downtown Los Angeles!!! California Geysers Swarm!!! 19 Earthquakes in 2 Hours! 27.9 Richters Total!!! MORE Coming!? Happy Independence Day!!!

Now for the latest Earthquake stuff! There was a small Swarm overnight at Geysers, California where I might not normally make much mention of it except that as I scrolled down it kept on going, and going, and going and started to make me wonder just exactly how far it was going to go? So I printed out the whole entire list and have it in front of me right now and it totals 34 Earthquakes in all, with 19 of them having struck between the hours of 4 and 6am my time or 2am and 4am Pacific. All in all bad times for Major Earthquakes considering a lot of the big California ones seem to be striking at that 2am to 4 or 5am time for whatever reason.

LOT of earthquake energy going on there and Geysers is quite far north in California there, being situated somewhere up in between San Francisco and Eureka more towards being between Santa Rosa and Eureka somewhere. I have actually visited the actual Geyser place at one time that reading suggests it might have been the old Geysers Resort, but am not exactly sure what place it was where you pay like a dollar or two and walk back into their backyard and they have or had an actual geyser that shoots up out of the ground probably 15 to 40 or 50 feet high!!! Quite an amazing site and awesome place to visit if such a place still exists today! Wikipedia suggests California Geysers is a geothermal location completely taken over by geothermal power plants, but I do not recall seeing too much of that sort of activity. . . maybe it's all happened since I was up there in the late 1990's, not sure.

This could be considered a Major Swarm, and there have now been too many around California! And since there are still Major Earthquake Alerts and one O.P. currently still active for Northern California, everybody should continue to watch for something Major to Shake!!! There HAVE Been Some Major Earthquakes! Albeit New Zealand and Uganda! Also Small Swarm at Ridgemark and a few at Anza!

There were a number of Medium Sized earthquakes going on pretty much all day today and I kept waiting for something to shake California right at the last minute of the big alert for Los Angeles that will run out of regulation time at midnight tonight. To say that the L.A. Alert might be going into overtime tonight might actually have some truth to it if that is the word I should use? No matter because the alert for Northern California is just today on Day 33 a day which has a long history on my watch. In all seriousness the day number for the Los Angeles alert has not totally run out, especially since there doesn't seem to have been that shaker yet. In all of my days of researching similar correlations with hurricanes and typhoons some of you might like to know that I have always kept the numbers Day 51 and Day 52 lingering in the back of my mind with no names attached to those numbers and so as a result I have no idea where I picked those two numbers up in my research. . . just that there were always those two that came up all the way out at Day 51 and 52 which could come into play long into the future of this job someday. For today Day 51 and 52 in Los Angeles alone will be next Wednesday and Thursday while the alert for NorCal will be running out at the end of next week.

Therefore, we will easily continue to be watching Northern California and since there is SO MUCH stuff going on and right at this moment as I'm writing SO MUCH stuff shaking. . . we definately will really need to keep watching virtually ALL of California a few days, yet. I hope like all of you, that all of the shaking currently going on in Uganda and near New Zealand at L'Esperance Rock will spell the end of all of these alerts. We will continue watching for the time being not knowing for sure and perhaps just watching as a precaution like my "Unexploded Dynamite Theory."

5.7 SouthWest of Anchorage!!! There's Earthquake Energy Out There!!! Watch California!

The latest just shook very late tonight about 900 miles southwest of Anchorage, Alaska! The tsunami report said that there was NO Tsunami Warning and there have been at least one or two aftershocks as of this writing.

There was also a 2.3 in the region around San Jose a few hours ago and so things just might be shaking and everybody might want to be prepared tonight! And I suppose through tomorrow, but there have been some quite hours and days so far this week and so I suppose some folks are probably inclined to go on about their lives totally forgetting about any possible danger from a Major Earthquake. Please do not forget that there continues to be alerts and the one for L.A. still runs all the way through July 3!!! @ http://earthquakealert2.blogspot.com/2013/06/official-prediction-for-major-northern.html and that also explains that there is a while left on Frisco, but all the way at the bottom says L.A. runs through July 3.

As a lot of my readers already know. . . it's still July 3 and something could strike Los Angeles right up to the final hours of that alert or even a few hours past that! In any event there will continue to be that huge O.P. for Eureka, NorCal, and San Francisco so everybody enjoy Independence Day Weekend. . . but also try to be prepared! EQ Guy

Lots of Major Shakers Through The Night Last Night!!! Could Something Still Hit California? EDIT: Something DID!

It was one of those nights when the phone rang all through the night with Major Earthquakes. . . but NONE affecting California! Even just this moment as I was about to write it rang one more time with a 5.2 out in the middle of Uganda! I immediately looked up Uganda because I know one of those straight lines intersected some part of Africa, but am not all that familiar with the geographic layout of that country. There was also a 3.4 Dominican Republic, a Major 6.1 that struck 60 or 80 miles from Banda Aceh Indonesia with a 5.3 aftershock as of 8:55am CDT, as well as some other earthquakes in PNG, Iran, Tonga, Marianna Islands, Greece and a 2.5 up in Northern Nevada. Mostly agreeable some of this earthquake energy remains from those two still present Major alerts we have been watching.

As for the alert that has been covering Los Angeles, Mexicali, and Calexico, today is now Day 43 and as some of you know who perhaps watch those dates rather carefully it will be the end of the formal watch like tomorrow. Please note that the watch for Northern California and especially Eureka, but also possibly for San Francisco is only on Day 32 and Day 32 is one of those days, you know! Keep watching that one into next week, but I will keep updating right here in the meantime. I suppose it is possible that enough major shakers over in all of them other countries could put an end to this long stretch of earthquakes. We seem to continue getting them right this moment with my phone even ringing several times with new earthquakes just in the time it has taken me to type out todays EQ Blog! NorCal will run all the way through about July 22, 2013 according to my notes in front of me and while some of the effect of that alert could reach a little ways south, it should not in-and-of-itself affect Los Angeles, but Day 52 for L.A. would not be reaching although it is just a number left in my head from all those years of research and Sandy/San Diego hit Day 42, while Katrina/Islamabad hit Day 43 and something someday could possibly go beyond that, especially with one that is still running for NorCal so keep watching!!! Couple at Marina Del Rey, Oklahoma, Swarm at Hawaii, and Alaska Shaking Some!

When I got home late last night I checked and didn't see too many earthquakes and specifically none to really write about so I stayed up a few more hours and by about 11 there was a 2.8 at Marina Del Rey that popped up on the new latest earthquakes screen that automatically refreshes! But as I watched a few more minutes that was it, nothing else came up and then another Marina Del Rey popped up at the exact moment I was signing off and made me wonder after the computer had already shut off! So I was just a little anxious to turn it back on this morning and am right now typing and my tea is not even yet on the kitchen stove!

There is a lot to report and I'm sort of lately thinking if I want to lean at all towards being a source of latest earthquakes myself? Until I decide how far I want to go into that here are all the ones that struck after I signed off last night and decided not to write: 1.7 Fremont like 5 miles from Hayward, additional 1.6 Inglewood which couldn't be too far from the 2.8 and 2.1 Marina Del Rey, 3.0 Ferndale up near Eureka, 2 in Oklahoma, small swarms at Yellowstone, Hawaii, and Alaska, and one small shaker at Big Bear City. I was wondering if we should be worried at all about Alaska, because they seem to be moving along at about the same time as all the rest of these highly unusual California Shakers, but Alaska is not on any immediate alerts and so I might say they should watch for maybe getting some of this earthquake energy, but neither of these straight lines go that far north so I would have to double and triple check the line that goes through Eureka and see how far north it travels and if it is a high enough angle to possibly affect Alaska. Until then they might be watching for that 7 Magnitude shaker.

The final day on the big alert for Los Angeles will be July 3 and that is probably still a real earthquake out there that usually will not be sold for the price of a lot of swarms. . . rather, I think it is a fact that those swarms will probably be continuing UNTIL a Major Earthquake strikes out that way and then the Major Earthquake will also be the end of all the shaking finally!
