Here's an update on a story that I was just about to write until I noticed there had ALSO been a 3.0 near Berkeley, California late last week! I'll get to the "Piedmont" Earthquake dated June 25, but want to say there had apparenetly been one that shook San Francisco GOOD with over a thousand felt reports just from Berkeley alone!!! And I noticed just about every San Francisco Zip Code along with Redwood City, Half Moon Bay, and even Santa Barbara where 4 felt reports came in from! There was also a 3.5 Richters Earthquake at Banning, California out in San Bernardino County that rang my phone, but all this other stuff has come in since then so no felt report from that although I do recall Escondido showing up in the felt report there, too, and just having checked 230 felt reports all day there.

We probably should still watch Japan, because I've been spending basically all my time on the upcoming New Madrid Earthquake and none on all the other things that could also be shaking and I know New Zealand is another one we need to watch, too!!! THERE was also a Eureka Earthquake on Saturday, and as I was just about to note that we were still watching Japan and New Zealand, or did note that. . . along came this 6.2 Tonga/Fiji Earthquake that rang my phone on Sunday, too.
