6.8 Richters Earthquake Struck Philippines Late Saturday!!!!! NOW Total of 14 Big Earthquakes Have Struck There!!!!! ALSO a 3.2 Near Old Faithful Geyser at Yellowstone National Park, Too!!!!!

BIG one rang my phone late Saturday!!!!! Now upon close look I see some populations nearby and await more numbers from 6.8 Philippines!!!!! UPDATE: Currently a total of 14 good sized earthquakes near that epicenter as shaking continues in that region to the south of where recent typhoon made landfall, too!!! Here's latest USGS Report and the list of nearby places shows populations, too!!!

As you've all heard me say and been reading in my EQ Blog, we will now continue to watch all around those "Pacific Islands" for more shaking and you could say it was especially predictable Philippines would be shaking just a matter of where!!! Well, this epicenter location is quite far south of where the landfall of Typhoon Kammuri was last week, but probably consistant with the way those islands get moved around by the high winds of such typhoons. . . at least according to my own theories!!! Now continue to especially watch around Arica, and Iquique, Chile because I'll now expect very similar shaking and probably lots of it!!! And a few other places in that region around Philippines, too!!!!!
