6.8 Richters Earthquake Struck South-Southwest of Iceland, So There's Still Plenty Of Seismic Energy Out There Around The Earth Right Now!!! Along With Lots More Shaking Around San Francisco Bay, and L.A., Too!!!

On September 30, 2018, Super Typhoon Trami struck the South of Japan and had winds of up to 166 and gusts up to 201 at some point in its prior history up to that point. Now Day 40 after that landfall will be on November 9 and this is the one that had previously led up to some shaking at Vancouver Island, and I'm writing this today to say this alert runs into late November and will still be active up there around Vancouver and Seattle!!!

Likewise for that very dangerous landfall of Hurricane Michael near Panama City, Florida with gusts that had been reported as high as 175 miles per hour and Day 33 after that landfall will now be coming on November 12, 2018!!! Both of those continue to be potentially shaky Major Earthquake Events that could still be out there!!! So, let us continue to watch for some Major Earthquakes among other alerts and places, too!!! And the New Moon Window will run into the early part of Thursday with that added pull probably continuing to be a factor throughout most of the day!!!

4.4 Martinique, or 4.4 Dominica. . . Depending On What Source You Get This Information From, You Understand!!! Starting To Be a Lot of Shaking at Central America!!! New Moon Window Starts on Tuesday!!!

There was a 4.4 on Richter Scale out in the Caribbean on Monday! The USGS has stated this one as Martinique, although I've also got University of West Indies Report giving it the name Doninica. So, let's start with the USGS Report, first and the USGS got no felt reports, so. . . here's that report:

According to the University of the West Indies (UWI) Seismic Research Centre, the 'quake was approximately 154 kilometres east of Dominica and 171 kilometres north-east of St Lucia."

Because up to this point the Philippines has NOT been one of the regions that I have been watching closely for signs of "Global Warming" as some of you who routinely follow me know I'm also very interested in. . . just happened to be checking out the region south of Cebu City where Sundays Earthquake Epicenter was located. That was when I Zoomed-In for a closer look at the terrain and found they're getting some dead trees, there!!! So, I quick searched under "Humidity in Philippines" and the above listing came up showing Manila, and would you look at the Humidity, there!!! 58%. MORE about all that later, you know!!! So, the New Moon Window will be starting on November 6 and the exact moment will be Wednesday November 7 at 10:03am Central Time. Still a few places to watch. . . including Southern California, but with the shaking at NorCal on Friday, maybe we should watch that whole San Andreas Fault!!! Be watching for around a 5.8 for Cali.

Late Thursday a 6.2 Struck Near Iquique, Chile and Currently is at 110 Felt Reports, Too!!! 5.0 Richters "Atlantic Ocean" Earthquake Has Felt Reports From Lisbon, Portugal, Too!!! And a 2.6 Struck at Blytheville, Arkansas With So Far 9 Felt Reports Including Poplar Bluff!!!

This just in a few minutes before press time late Thursday, a 6.2 Chile Earthquake went from 88 felt reports up to 110 while I was cutting and pasting it here!!! Probably go up although not sure if I'll be able to update with busy Thursday and a show to do on Friday!!! If it goes UP too much I'll rerun the updated list later, here it is late Thursday at 110:

This one looked just a little bit closer to shore than usual for a Major Atlantic Ocean Earthquake and could hardly beleive it when I saw three felt reports had come in!!! A little unusual for an earthquake out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, you know. . . although knowing full well the Azore Islands are situatated out there in that region, too! I. . .am The EQ Guy. . . And THAT’S My Big FIVE. . .Prediction Friday, Earthquake Minute!!!!!

So, not always sure who ALL of you are that now regularly seem to be reading my EQ Blog, here, but this edition played on-the-air in the year 2016 and am crediting myself with 3 out of 5 on this!!! Of course Seattle must always appear due to them being in at least some danger anytime earthquake energy heads in that direction, so actually not much happened with them, and those South America names might have been more of a precaution due to lot of shaking having took place in that region, you know. New Zealand magnitude was exactly right!!! That due to me having spent considerable time focusing on getting the magnitude as close as possible! While methinks Italy and Caribbean were just a few tenths or maybe one Richter off.
