This one looked just a little bit closer to shore than usual for a Major Atlantic Ocean Earthquake and could hardly beleive it when I saw three felt reports had come in!!! A little unusual for an earthquake out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, you know. . . although knowing full well the Azore Islands are situatated out there in that region, too! Here's what the felt report looks like and may need some updating if that number goes up later:

Finally there was this one which originally promised to be big news. . . until all the rest of that stuff came along throughout the day!!! This one rang my phone a little earlier such as while I was cruising Chicago on buisness Thursday: 5.8 Richters NE of Bristol Island, South Sandwich Islands!!! Would you just know it probably was that initial final movement of the Pacific that gave us the 6.2 Chile Earthquake a few hours later, too!!! And with that you're up-to-date on all the latest!!! You'll need to tune-in to Fridays brand-new edition of "Earthquake Minute" to hear what all of this sounds like on the Radio!!! And have a Great Weekend, Everybody!!!!!
