This is all along the tectonic plate boundary just offshore from Eureka, California.

It's still the early morning hours and so I must say this could get bigger!  Although I do not beleive "Leap Year Day" having anything to do with it!!!  Keep watching all around California because they continue to get LOT More Rain!!!!!
