Checking the latest I just found that one of the windstorms I mentioned like yesterday is now a SUPER TYPHOON!!! S.T. Nepartak has winds of 160 and gusts of around 200 and I'll be having more about this huge windstorm that could be making a big landfall at Taiwan later this week. For now be aware that the quiet time is over and we're now looking at some possibly BIG Earthquakes up the road there! It was also mentioned that its the END of the longest time without a typhoon in that region, but of course now there IS one!!!
That South Korea Earthquake struck about 100 miles west of Japan and maybe 10 or 20 miles Offshore From the Korean Mainland there. This just in, appears to now be a felt report posted at USGS, here's an abbreviated version of that:

With regards to the above earthquakes that all struck around Oakland, California although I'm not exactly sure where that Concord Epicenter is, but anyways it was late on Monday Night I was re-checking some stuff in my old Hollywood Neighborhood when the name of one of the streets off Hollywood Boulevard came up and I searched Google finding El Cerrito is ALSO the name of a town just north of Berkeley, California! So, next I went and took a look at that town on the map INCREDIBLY finding out it is the northernmost point on the "Bay Area Rapid Transit" and the station that I COULD HAVE caught "Vine" for my round-trip to Beautiful Downtown Napa, California on "Quake Chase 2014" if you recall that one!!! Yes, and by the looks of it perhaps the low cost of like six dollars round-trip, too! Leaving my own "MacArthur Station" for El Cerrito Station around 9 or 10am and easily returning all the way to MacArthur possibly around 3ish. Game Changer for that Quake Chase where much of that city was later destroyed in that earthquake that followed just a few days after I left there on my Amtrak Train!!! Here's one that struck on July 4th near New Madrid, Missouri at Caruthersville followed by the felt report there:
