Prior to my phone ringing with this one, I must say that I indeed had some even bigger news about that Major Earthquake along the Cascadia Fault early today!!! Estimated at 8 Richters and the fault line might have moved about 10 or 15 feet with a possible tsunami. . . . . possible especially if today wasn't April Fools Day!!!
But Seriously Folks: There has been a report about a big volcano erupting in Alaska Islands Region! The Pavlof Volcano, 600 miles Southwest of Anchorage. There were apparently a lot of Alaska Air flights canceled as a result with 41 Monday and 28 canceled on Tuesday! UPDATE: Ash clouds reached 37,000 feet and the big Pavlof Volcano has now subsided after a whole week of eruptions!!! A report says there is now another volcano in Chile erupting! No kidding! Not another April Fools joke, either:)))
Among the list of latest earthquakes I happened to see Hawthorne, Nevada one more time, although knowing pretty much that all ended this week when they seemed to have migrated to San Francisco Bay, but went and updated the list there anyways, albeit just adding TWO!!!
