3.5 Richters Earthquake Struck Lebanon!!! Exactly (Almost) As Discussed in Recent Letter To Prediction Councils!!! Also New Edition of "Pacifica Earthquake Minute"!!! Due To Chance of Earthquake In California, Now!!!

Just saw this smaller earthquake from early Monday that struck Lebanon!!!!! You'll remember I mentioned Israel and Jordan Region in recent letter to CEPEC/NEPEC!!! Here's the USGS Report with felt reports already coming in and I'll update it later:

Hello!!!
~~~~~Today I'm writing to list all the 6 magnitude earthquakes from the past few days and suggest just a small chance California or West Coast could shake as the result. I'm thinking this sort of prediction or advance knowledge might be a type that could be of some use in the future. If nothing else just a statement saying all those earthquakes along with California and our West Coast are also the boundaries of tectonic plates.
~~~~~In this case you'll also want to know I routinely track "Potential Earthquake or Seismic Energy" from points where big windstorms make landfall and in this case I would be talking about the landfall of Tropical Cyclone Idai at Mozambique on March 14, 2019. Usually a given number of days thereafter and you can expect a Major Earthquake, now talking about Day 40 which was (yesterday) Tuesday, April 23, 2019 and Day 43 coming Friday, April 26, 2019.
~~~~~It is my opinion that with 6.1 Japan, 6.1 Taiwan, 6.1 and 6.4 Philippines along with a few others such as a 6.5 (Apparently upgraded to a 6.8, now) Sulawesi, Indonesia that some of this tectonic plate movement MIGHT come to affect our side of the Pacific Tectonic Plate making for a chance California, Alaska, and/or our West Coast to get an earthquake. I might guess without feeling need for much explanation that the magnitude could be 6.1, there.
~~~~~With regards to Mexico, and the Mexico City Region, there is already a mutually exclusive alert there for up to 7.5 through May and this and that is more like all one situation, anyways. That would also be a "Straight-Line" alert arriving near Caracas, Venezuela from Mozambique which headed west when it left that region and directly to Central and South America and much more direct than movement of the Pacific Plate such as we're seeing there.
~~~~~Watch for a 6.1 to now strike California, Alaska, or West Coast and possibly even Oklahoma or New Madrid Region/Southern Illinois before the end of May 2019.
~~~~~With regards to existing alerts for the "Triple Plate Junction" offshore from Sumatra as well as the nearby Jakarta Region, they will be watching for 7.5 also through the month of May 2019 and with all the shaking around that or those (Indian Ocean and Australian) Tectonic Plate (s) might even include Israel, and the Jordan Regions et, al.
~~~~~My notes say to also add that the 7.5 figure might also be about the highest expected magnitude for elsewhere regarding those tectonic plate movements, or the U.S., too.

Tropical Cyclone Kenneth has just made landfall at Mozambique as of late Thursday Night our time in the U.S. and looks like really big windstorm!!!!! I'll say right now it's running pretty much along the same line as Tropical Cyclone Idai now at 1000 dead. . . and I'll expect it to have the same basic affect on the Jakarta Region, only probably be a separate matter all together!!! (More Shaking) Also need to now watch Ecuador and Columbia more closely!!! I'll sure have more later regarding that landfall of newest big windstorm!!!

6.1 Richters Earthquake Struck a Few Miles Northwest of Downtown Manila, Philippines Early Monday Morning Our Time!!!!! Now Over 800 Felt Reports at the USGS!!! Some Shaking From This Weekends Full Moon!!! UPDATE: Now a 6.4 Has Also Struck Philippines Late Monday!!!

UPDATE: Late Monday The Philippines also now had a big 6.6 downgraded to a 6.4 further towards center of that country and very near "Tacloban City" where Typhoon Haiyan made landfall in November 2013 and killed 6000 people!!! MORE shaking certain to follow with Day 43 coming on Friday!!!!! Now previously written blog:

As the early morning hours of Monday approached in the U.S., my phone rang with this 6.1 Philippines Earthquake that I automatically knew was some trouble over there by the fact that my phone simply said "Luzon" and I don't recall ever seeing that, but knew it probably meant Manila, the capital of more than 12 million people there and I was right! This earthquake has now killed 11 people, and done a lot of damage and gave that city a good shaking with folks basically having to evacuate from everywhere!!! This 6.1 Richters Earthquake struck just offshore a few miles from Taiwan and has 200 felt reports, mostly all from Taiwan, although 16 from mainland China and a few from nearby Taipei, although we're talking about folks in Taiwan who reported it to OUR Geological Office here in the U.S., so you could say certainly by far more people actually felt it right there in the midst of it! At least one good clip of the shaking was reported, too, and several minor injuries, along with a tiny water run-up warning issued for Japan, but no tsunami they said.

This Edition of EQ Blog is now being UPDATED with a 6.8 Sulawesi, Indonesia Earthquake that struck at 6:40am Friday Morning Central Time. A "Tsunami Alert" had been first issued, but has since ended due to apparently no actual signs of such an event having followed the movement of the ground there. THIS is nearby where we are watching for Major Earthquakes. . . however I'm "Estimating" closer to Jakarta and the Triple Plate Junction near Nias Island and Nicobar Islands. Might as well know I'm going to add Japan as the result of the information that will now follow in Fridays regular EQ Blog so be watching for MORE Shaking!!! There was also a 2.7 Century City/Los Angeles/Beverly Hills Earthquake early Friday with over 500 felt reports, and might be the final count on that smaller earthquake there.

These all at that epicenter off Nias Island we've been watching and I zoomed-out to 30 days and found a total of 55 that struck here!!! So I went around to a few other busy places around that tectonic plate and those other "Busy" places had maximums of a dozen over the last 30 days. . . so this epicenter certianly HAS been busy! ALL that is going on is now pretty much certain to be leading to a big one!!! Somewhere, and most likely one of those places that we are watching!!! I should note that just prior to that Great Sumatra Earthquake of 2004, the foreshocks that had been striking around these same regions of tectonic plate boundaries had been all around the 7 Magnitude Range. . . and then the 8.1 Macquarie Island Earthquake struck, and was followed just a day or two by the 9.3 Sumatra Earthquake!!! So, there COULD be some much bigger Major Earthquake Energy out there, yet to come!!! Be watching for that, and be prepared, too!!!

Immediately AFTER we discussed that last week. . . . .there were 30 plus Earthquakes that struck 250 miles north of Nias Island. . . EXACTLY where we’re watching for a Major Earthquake up to an 8, there very near what we’ll now call the Triple Plate Junction!!! Now also be watching for that all important New Moon coming April 5th at 3:50am. . . And that New Moon Window will run into Saturday!!! These began just about half-hour before the New Moon Window STARTED on Thursday!!! And so far ran through the day on Thursday! We'll see what effect the exact moment and the second half of the New Moon Window will have on all this shaking at the shaky Soda Springs, Idaho Epicenter:

Immediately AFTER we discussed that last week. . . . .there were 30 plus Earthquakes that struck 250 miles north of Nias Island. . . EXACTLY where we’re watching for a Major Earthquake up to an 8, there very near what we’ll now call the Triple Plate Junction!!! Now also be watching for that all important New Moon coming April 5th at 3:50am. . . And that New Moon Window will run into Saturday!!!
