There is presently earthquake energy heading for the top of the Indian Ocean Tectonic Plate that might strike along that line along Mount Vesuvius, across Italy and Greece and over to Kathmandu, Napal. This is a very unusual movement of this tectonic plate and so I will assume the result will be a more unusual form of earthquake energy such as a major volcano that has been quiet, or a place long overdue for a major earthquake. So, let's watch that region for a while as well as possibly New Guinia or the Philippines. This earthquake could strike between 7 and 8 Richters, and with the winds from the landfall of Severe Cyclone Lua at 120 mph, will not be a huge global disaster, but still may produce smaller tsunami before April 15, 2012. EDITED March 18, 2012, 8:00 pm added Mt. Vesuvius to headline, corrected spelling of Cyclone Lua from Lau.
