6.8 Richters Earthquake Struck South-Southwest of Iceland, So There's Still Plenty Of Seismic Energy Out There Around The Earth Right Now!!! Along With Lots More Shaking Around San Francisco Bay, and L.A., Too!!!

Although checking, this one struck just an hour or so after the end of the New Moon Window. Still a big enough one to mention that we know there's at least this much shaking going on around the globe, currently and it'll probably show up again somewhere at some point. This is up around ICELAND, somewhere, although TWO Felt Reports actually came in from Norway!!!

6.8 - 119km NW of Olonkinbyen, Svalbard and Jan Mayen
2018-11-09 01:49:40 71.623°N 11.240°W 10.0 km depth

586.9 Miles SSW of Reykjavík, Capital Region, Iceland
588.5 Miles SSW of Kópavogur, Capital Region, Iceland
590.2 Miles SSW of Garðabær, Capital Region, Iceland

I'll have to add one or two from the last list of Frisco Bay Shakers to make this list official, but for now here's quite a lot of shaking, again, on Thursday as the New Moon Window comes to an end. Will this shaking also be coming to an end???

1.3 3km ENE of San Leandro, CA 2018-11-08 18:39
1.6 6km WNW of Mountain House, CA 2018-11-08 16:57
1.2 6km S of Gilroy, CA 2018-11-08 05:49
1.6 6km SW of Clayton, CA 2018-11-08 03:52
1.2 9km E of Alum Rock, CA 2018-11-08 03:42
1.7 4km SSW of Los Altos Hills, CA 2018-11-08 02:19
2.8 6km WNW of Mountain House, CA 2018-11-07 19:58
1.0 9km ENE of Milpitas, CA 2018-11-07 17:09:00
1.5 3km S of Loyola, CA 2018-11-07 14:34:44
1.5 2km NNW of Lopez Point, CA 2018-11-07 14:02

You could say this is changing the subject just a little, but here's a tiny one that struck near Malibu and I might also post the whole list for what I like to call the L.A. Region:

1.5 - 25km S of Malibu, CA
2018-11-07 21:14:40 33.783°N 118.818°W-0.3 km depth

Nearby Places
15.5 Miles South of Malibu, CA
18.6 Miles SSW of Malibu Beach, CA
20.5 Miles SSW of Las Flores, CA
24.2 Miles WSW of Manhattan Beach, CA
24.2 Miles SSW of Topanga, CA

I don't know if this should surprise me or not, but a number of felt reports from the "Small" Malibu Earthquake. . . actually three total up to this point:

City.................State......Zip......USA.....................#......Km
Manhattan Beach CA 90266 United States.........1....40 km
Los Angeles CA 90027 United States of America..1....61 km
Salinas CA 93901 United States of America......2...410 km

At the time I originally posted the beginning part of this list. . . it did go just a little wider than what even I consider the Los Angeles Region, but I'll try to keep it more towards L.A. County otherwise, because Santee and Victorville are obviously further in distance, you know! Although Victorville might not be as far because I like to consider Big Bear Lake part of the region, although not sure on Santee being L.A. Region. Note this list now goes beyond the New Moon Window which ends at Victorville Shaker reading up, the Corona Earthquake was about 3 hours after it ended:

2.9 5km WNW of Arvin, CA 2018-11-08 22:12
2.2 48km SE of San Clemente Is., CA 2018-11-08 16:46
0.9 6km WSW of Norco, CA 2018-11-08 16:44:10
0.9 6km NNW of Fontana, CA 2018-11-08 16:07:38
0.8 11km WSW of Corona, CA 2018-11-08 13:45:34
NEW MOON WINDOW ENDS HERE AT 11-08, 10:01am CST
1.1 11km N of Victorville, CA 2018-11-07 17:41
0.7 3km NNW of Muscoy, CA 2018-11-07 16:48:39
1.5 25km S of Malibu, CA 2018-11-07 15:14:40
0.6 6km W of Santee, CA 2018-11-07 15:00:16
1.5 7km S of Mojave, CA 2018-11-07 13:57:57
1.5 5km SE of Home Gardens, CA 2018-11-07 12:37

1.4 6km NNW of Boron, CA 2018-11-06 18:32
1.2 2km WNW of Fontana, CA 2018-11-06 12:57
NOVEMBER NEW MOON WINDOW STARTS HERE READING UP:

And we might as well take a look at exactly where the epicenter of the above 2.2 San Clemente Island Shaker was! Here's the USGS Report with the fairly descriptive list of nearby places, there, too:

2.2 - 48km SE of San Clemente Is. (SE tip), CA
2018-11-08 22:46:12 32.559°N 117.931°W5.8 km depth

Nearby Places
29.8 Miles SE of San Clemente Is., CA
42.9 Miles WSW of La Jolla, CA
44.1 Miles West of Coronado, CA
47.2 Miles SW of Del Mar, CA
47.8 Miles West of Imperial Beach, CA

This will more or less conclude the November 2018 New Moon Window as it had ended at around 10am Thursday. . . although lot of shaking, no question!!! Just proves to me those places might normally not shake at all and this week upwards of 20 or 30 earthquakes at the San Francisco and Los Angeles Regions is a lot!!! Despite all the shaking this week, there's still more that we will continue to wait and watch for so we'll have to keep a watching!!! That big Mexico one, and Turkey one probably the biggest. . .and will probably both happen!!!
