~~Hi, EQ Guy Here!!!!! WITH a record number of big windstorms at Madagascar, and Mozambique, today I’m here to tell you, as you can probably guess, Mozambique, and Madagascar are now getting an appreciable number of good-sized earthquakes right there in basically that same region where they have been getting lot of landfalls of big windstorms in recent weeks and months, there!!! AND as all of my regular readers and you folks listening right now probably already know. . . They are also now SHAKINGGGG!!!
~~Allow me to begin by giving you the names of all of those big windstorms that have struck in recent weeks, AND as a part of their usual Southern Hemisphere Cyclone Season, although considerably more unusual this year due to the fact that they have been getting LOT of them!!! They are beginning on 24, January with Cyclone Anna, then followed on 5 February by the landfall at Madagascar of Tropical Cyclone Batsirai, then on 15 February Tropical Storm Dum-A-ko, and then on 22 February there was the landfall also at Madagascar of Cyclone Emanti, and finally on 11 March it was Cyclone Gombe which crossed near Madagascar and then made landfall at Mozambique! Also gave those dates exactly as the information that was available to me, and I’m now passing along to you IS the date format, there!!!
~~NOW for those earthquakes that have followed there so far include 4.9 Mozambique last Thursday, 4.3 Offshore Mozambique, a 5.0 Nambia last Tuesday, and a 4.4 Madagascar last Sundayyy!!!!

Now the big deal about the Southern California Shaking was all about the fact that there remains at least one good-sized Major Earthquake that they say to be "Overdue" to strike there, and apparently the series which I reported on today may have something to do with it. . . . . but just saying this subject seems to come up quite a lot in this biz and hasn't happened yet!!! Generallly I will announce it here first as soon as things are looking like that sort of earthquake action headed in that direction, but today a lot of potential energy a ways to the south such as Chihuahua and shaky Texas, so for now the experts say SoCal, let's watch SoCal now!!!!!
