Looks like there has been a LOT going on up in Northern California with my phone ringing on Friday Afternoon with a big 3.4 Richters Earthquake 21 Miles South Southwest of Ferndale and 38 Miles South Southwest of Eureka, California along with a now ever growing list of earthquakes from that swarm cooking up there North of Reno and you can see that entire updated list @ http://www.eqalert.blogspot.com/2014/10/new-swarm-at-lakeview-oregon-north-of.html
Between those two, there is something going on that should right about now be headed directly for California from out there in the Pacific or the Pacific Tectonic Plate you could say. Although I did not see any felt reports at all from either San Franciso Region nor the Reno Area, it does still appear that the Ferndale Earthquake must be connected somehow and just in case something did shake there but was somehow magically not reported by anybody, we might consider these all connected and to be possibly ringing in something much, much bigger!
Sorry to have to jump to yet another latest "Private Space Craft" disaster, but there has been a most very unfortunate accident up in Mojave, California and am sorry to report this time the pilot did not survive. This accident involves the folks at Virgin-Galactic and the co-pilot, or other pilot according to some of the stories on the incident, managed to eject and safely landed a mile or so away. So, I do not have too much more to warn about in the way of earthquakes at this point only to say keep watching California because it keeps appearing like something big might shake there and they ARE getting enough shakers that could be foreshocks that it has ME convinced there could still be 7.3 Richters out there heading for California!!!
