Now CAT-5 With Winds Reported 175 Miles Per Hour Super Typhoon Nepartak Will Make Landfall at Taiwan In Next 12 to 24 Hours!!!

The latest windspeed reported with this big windstorm is 175 miles per hour and it will take until there's actual recorded wind speeds to get the gust numbers here. Although the forecasted number is around 200 Mph and I saw Category 5 mentioned somewhere although not sure of the wind speed that determines a Cat 5 Typhoon from a Cat-4 one and I do recall there being a number where it becomes a SUPER Typhoon, too! Obviously we've hit that already and now we're just awaiting this enormous landfall that's going to be a doozie!!!

I had already posted the later Alaska Shakers for more near the Redoubt Volcano, but these here are more from the Aleutian Islands Region:

24.2 Miles W of Mammoth Lakes, California
24.9 Miles NNE of Oakhurst, California
24.9 Miles NE of Ahwahnee, California

There was also a 5.9 - Pacific-Antarctic Ridge

Checked the globe to see where the storm might make landfall and to see just where I thought all the brand new Major Earthquake Energy might thus be headed and sorry to report it is currently looking like Santiago, Chile again! To the north of there, but if this landfall follows the forecast and crosses in the direction it is expected to then that could be where we'll be watching. Also expect some IMMEDIATE Shaking beyond where the landfall will take place such as up in China and possibly even right there in Taiwan as the storm crosses there! The storm will continue and probably re-form in the Strait of Taiwan before making a second landfall somewhere along that China Coast soon after! So lots of action. . . and lots of now Major Shaking to come!!!!! EQ Guy

There's a lot of my very best earthquake stuff in My E-Book, "Bringing Earthquakes To Life" @ http://www.eqalert2.blogspot.com Thank-You For Reading!!! EQ Guy
