Added Pull From The Full Moon Could Be a Factor In Some Big Time Shaking So Watch All Around California, and Nevada Today!!! Also Lots of Shaking In Peru, Too!!!

The exact moment of that January 2018 Full Moon-Blue Moon-Supermoon will be early Wednesday Morning at around 7:19am Central or 5:18am Pacific and am fairly sure THAT is also the exact moment the eclipse should be visible however since moonset for my region is right around that same time and am not sure what time moonset is on West Coast, not sure how much visible the eclipse will be and I have lots of clouds right now and chance of snow so no matter here! It's really the added pull of the SuperMoon we'll need to be most concerned about and the Full Moon Window is already underway and begun early Tuesday! Especially watch California because all that energy from big Alaska Earthquake may still be lurking and the added Pull from the Full Moon could be a factor!

Peru is currently an active part of the alert from landfall of Cyclone Ava at Madagascar on January 5, 2018 and I want to note here that alert is heading for Day 33 on February 7 although there's some shaking going on there right now as I notice a 5.3 there and now here it is situated at the top of this list of other shakers at Peru denoting the most recent one there:

As for that other landfall of a Cyclone named Berguitta at Reunion Island near Madagascar, a quick reading of the globe shows Argentina, Honshu-Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan although I didn't see the wind speed noted on my sheet and don't have any reports in front of me on damage there beyond the flooding they were getting there, so no exact estimate right now on what the magnitude Japan could be looking at. . . but I can say for sure Argentina and Chile are also shaking at least somewhat and so along with others, they should watch throughout the Late January Full Moon Window into early Thursday!!!

Full Moon/Super Moon/Blue Moon Is Now Coming Very Soon, Too!!! With Lots Going On There May Be Some Additional Shaking, Too!!!

This will be the EQ Blog entry before the second of two January Full Moons!!! Yes, that's right there had already been a January Full Moon earlier in the month of January 2018 and now it's what they call a "Blue Moon" or chronologically speaking the second of TWO Full Moons that can occasionally strike in the same month!!! That I suppose due to the fact that full moons come along about every 28 days. . . and some months have 31 days! Well, this month is one of them and the result is TWO Full Moons this month!!! So the second Full Moon Window begins early Tuesday Morning, the Exact Moment of Full Moon/SuperMoon will be on Wednesday, January 31 at 7:28am CST and it is looking very much like we should expect Something Will Be Shaking!!!!! (Probably should note there is to be an "Eclipse" also, however not sure where best seen, and NOT expected to be a factor in the shaking or probability of any earthquakes)

So it might be looking like Alaska isn't shaking the same with the one I just added being like 10pm my time and the last one prior to that having been all the way back at around 4pm on Monday afternoon! Just not the same with so many hours in between aftershocks when it seems like it was at one time around as many as 4 or 5 aftershocks every hour! Only thing I can imagine happening is that tectonic plate moving. . . and the next big one being now even closer!!! Hope it's not California, but they had been showing some signs of it, although must say it does seem to be at least somewhat of a fact they DO NOT always get fore shocks when a big one is about to shake!!!

6.6 Richters Earthquake Struck Near Bouvet Island, Far South of South Africa Where We Are Watching Now!!! Also 3.4 El Cerrito, California! San Franicisco, San Bernardino, Cascadia, and San Andreas Fault Could Still SHAKE!!!

Did quite a lot of work on this first one due to it appearing to be consistant with the area we're watching Botswana, and Mozambique. Possible now this big 6.6 is movement of the tectonic plate and WILL EVENTUALLY lead to big or bigger earthquakes right there in the region of South Africa we are watching or possibly Madagascar! Of course that reminds me to repeat we're watching the result of the 8.2 downgraded to a 7.9 at Gulf of Alaska and those 5 Magnitude (Biggest a 5.8) Shakers at NorCal. . .and if the San Andreas Fault will shake next or Hayward Fault at Frisco and San Bernardino where the long overdue movement of the San Andreas could be coming! And don't forget Cascadia!!!!!

Note that there are still some other places along the same line we could be talking about with respect to the fact that the tectonic plate there has now MOVED!!! And I mean it moved to the tune of that 6.6 there! Sure to be at least a similar earthquake soon. . . somewhere. Too many earthquakes are currently SHAKING for me to get all of it squeezed into this edition of my EQ Blog!!! This will all be mostly about shaking in the California Region. BIG Alert for CASCADIA Fault, and Hayward Faults due to being situated at about the angle we're watching for to strike and maybe up into Nevada and always Los Angeles Region, too!!! IF This next one in the series hasn't struck by press time early Friday then we'll be watching all through the weekend and of course I'll have an update at earliest convenience. There does just so happen to be a SEGMENT of the San Andreas Fault that runs very near the same "East-West" direction as the two big ones we just seen at Alaska and Northern California and while it seems unlikely the next big one will be the OVERDUE Segment of San Andreas Fault near San Bernardino. . . could happen just the same!!! Let's include San Andreas Fault in the watch and must say we virtually KNOW FOR CERTAIN. . . something is going to shake!!! And could go as high as that 8.2/7.9 Alaska, too!!!

Major Mid-Day Shaking At Northern California!!! Along The Line We're Watching There, Too!!! NOW Watch For More Shaking And Where It Will Shake Next!!! COULD Be Major Earthquake Coming!!!

THIS Fault Line looks like it might MOVE in a manner similar to the big one in Alaska. . . and this is pretty much what we've been watching for and it's very likely that movement such as this up and down throughout that region will be followed by MORE Shaking and possible San Francisco, Hayward Fault, San Andreas Fault, or Los Angeles Region. Big Earthquakes Strike Japan, Indonesia, Russian Islands, And Fairly Big One SHOOK South of San Francisco With Over 5000 Felt Reports!!!!! Watch For More Like That 8.2 Downgraded To 7.9 There!!!!!

There has been LOTS of Major Earthquakes Wednesday and while I work at a furious pace to figure out if anyone ELSE might be inline for upwards of the 8.2/7.9 and it IS very possible there's MORE to come, too!!!

Really big news right now it the 5500 Felt Reports from the South San Francisco Bay Region Earthquake and in fact SO MANY that I'll need a few hours to get that all organized but does appear to have been felt as far as San Diego!!! 8.2 Richters Earthquake At Gulf of Alaska Was Downgraded To 7.9 Had Major Tsunami Warnings, Too!!! LOOKS Like Tsunami Alert Has Passed, BUT Severe Winter Conditions Have NOT and So Still Watch California For Major Earthquake!!! FELT REPORT Is IN!!!

All of this happened in the very early hours of Tuesday Morning at my house in Wisconsin and I was awoken at around 4:45am with a 5.5 Gulf of Alaska and hadn't even then noticed yet another message which arrived earlier saying 8.2 Gulf of Alaska I noticed in the morning!!! Sorry for all the people affected by it and must have been very late hours along our West Coast where THEY even appear to have had some evacuations due to not knowing if Tsunami would happen!!! 6.3 Chile, 6.3 Mexico And Looks Like California And West Coast Could Be Next In Line For About That Much Shaking, Too!!!

Had to keep an eye on South America all weekend because of these two that came in on Friday, and Early Saturday in Mexico, and Chile. Situated just in such a way that it now LOOKS like California could very well be next in line for whatever the reason is that the two tectonic plates seem to be moving against each other? 2.0 Richters Michigan Earthquake Actually Struck About One-Minute, And 37 Seconds After That Meteor Blast!!! And Now Updated USGS Reports, And Felt Reports On That Resultant 2.0 Michigan Earthquake!!!

Here's probably todays top story! Did some checking and found about a minute-45 seconds difference between the Michigan Meteor. . . and that 2.2 Richters Earthquake there on Tuesday!!! The exact time on all of those video's you've been seeing of the sky lighting up around Michigan all seem to agree 8:08pm and somewhere between 30 and 33 seconds although there's a few seconds difference in between the two best I could find and one clock was just plainly off several minutes so you can probably forget the 15 after one. NOW here's one final look at just the header from the most recent USGS Report and check out the number of seconds AFTER the hour to compare with 8:08:33, so here's that:

2.0 Meteorite - 0km N of Walled Lake, Michigan
2018-01-16 08:10:10 Eastern Time.

And I removed the Longitude and depth to show basically just the date and time although I did convert Universal Time from 1am to Eastern Time by removing exactly five hours to show the exact time at the epicenter and there you have it all of a minute after the majority of times show on those tapes! The remaining seconds would be the difference between about 8 minutes, 33 seconds after, and the 10 minutes, 10 seconds shown there on the USGS Report. Because I was not able to explain why NONE of the many videos noted any shaking, that would be because the shaking happened a minute or two after the blast and in fact the sound of the blast itself a little hard to find, did show up on one or two videos and along with whatever shock might have gone along with it most likely WAS the cause or TRIGGER of the 2.0 Richters Earthquake Event.

And now here's The UPDATED Felt Report on The 2.0 Michigan Earthquake That Was Preceded By That Big Meteor!!! Epicenter of this one was moved West more towards Lansing and so all the distances to all the towns have now been changed! THERE'S Currently 225 Felt Reports with many around San Jose, for this Morgan Hill Earthquake and there has since also been a shaker at San Leandro nearby at press time:

Tuesday Night was ALSO the night of the New Moon and the Exact Moment was 9:18pm Eastern Time. . . or about an hour after all that excitement there and surely a factor in ALL the shaking. Pull of the January New Moon, Meteor Blast, and 2.0 only leaves me with the question of how this Meteor/Earthquake was connected to that recent Ireland/Scotland/Norway Hurricane/Meteor/Earthquakes? I seem to remember the line being "Dare I correlate that (Fireball) in there, too"!!! And here's that transcript from November 14, 2017@ http://earthquakealert3.blogspot.com/2017/11/san-francisco-end-date-pacifica.html Saying it happened before along with other times including at least one crossing Arizona and New Mexico and one of THOSE was recovered intact! Possibly a clue into all this. . . that is if you beleive my side of the story about them all being connected! Or moreso, that the static charge of the athenosphere possibly attracting all the metallic particles in the universe to where the epicenter is about to shake!!! Meteor Crosses Michigan And Supposedly Causes 2.0 Richters Earthquake. . . OR Was The Reading The Result of The Meteor????? AND The Usual Scenerio Means a Major Earthquake Could Follow For That Region While State of Maine Is Shaking!!!

Exact Moment of the January New Moon 8:18pm Central Time on Wednesday, Exact Moment of that Michigan Meteor/Earthquake 7:10pm Central Time on Wednesday!!! Obvious maybe only to me and a few of my best regular readers and I say it here all the time, but YES it does appear, as always, the Meteor WAS connected to the earthquake!!! Best example up to this point probably the Ireland, Scotland, Norway not too long ago!!! And naturally I NOW need to update the story with once again still another story saying the opposite. Having caught the National News Report on one of the major networks, I must report another agency besides USGS has reported that the Meteor was RECORDED on seismographs!!! As usual I'm sticking with my own personal opinion the meteor along with the earthquake and in that order! Ok, so as a result of that apparent disagreement, I'll move on to the USGS Report and the now fairly huge felt report:

THAT will be reworked as soon as possible, until then otherwise just a few additional reports added there.
