7.6 Richters Earthquake Struck 100 Miles Northeast of Honduras, 100 Miles Southwest of Cayman Islands!!! Tsunami Alert Was Issued, Water Receded at Belize, And Not Much of a Tsunami Before Alert Was Canceled!!!

Not sure where all I said in yesterdays EQ Blog, and likewise not sure all the names I am adding in the remainder of todays previously written blog. . . but NOW have to report a 7.6 Richters Major Earthquake struck North of Honduras late Tuesday Night my time or just after I'd got out of work on Promo's Night there!!! Looks without doing a lot of checking this late at night, like this could very much be in line with all the info I discussed just yesterday, and yes it's possible something could already shake today, too!!! Between now and when I compose tomorrows EQ Blog, I'll also be wondering if Los Angeles or much of California could be next in line for upwards of now 7.6 Richters such as this Honduras Region just got!!! Further, could this Honduras Region shaker be a lot of movement of the tectonic plate from those severe winter conditions I discuss in the "Earthquake Minute" that is posted inside this blog, too!? This one was felt in Texas, Florida, and Etc.!!! HERE'S That Felt Report@ http://earthquakealert.blogspot.com/2018/01/76-richters-earthquake-struck-north-of.html

Before moving onto other stuff previously posted here, must add there HAD BEEN a very dangerous Tsunami Alert for a lot of those areas out in that Caribbean Region to the north of Honduras, and a few off hand include Grand Cayman Islands, Cuba, and Jamaica with a real Tsunami Alert, water receding, and everything!!! Seems to have past as of just after midnight Central Time reports are saying it's been canceled. . . but when ocean receeds, always feels like bad thing to come from experience now!!! Saying it's past, but between phone ringing on my way home from work, stopping at truck stop to check and find 7.6 Honduras, and turning on car radio to 780am Chicago to hear the latest on CBS Radio News at 8:31pm was busy time for EQ Guy!!! Now all past and I'll have all the updates in next edition!!! NOW some other stuff posted here previously:

Still another time I hadn't got the alert all written out for Ecuador. . . and this one strikes near there yesterday at a 5.1 although I did mention Columbia, later runs of that line went directly through Ecuador so watch there now, too, and I add a few more elsewhere in todays EQ Blog:

5.1 - 271km N of Puerto Ayora, Ecuador
2018-01-09 00:05:54 UTC 1.668°N 90.810°W 10.0 km depth

Nearby Places:
169.0 Miles NNW of Puerto Ayora, Ecuador
196.6 Miles NNW of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, Ecuador
689.5 Miles SSW of Nicoya, Costa Rica
691.1 Miles SSW of Santa Cruz, Costa Rica
703.2 Miles SW of Puntarenas, Costa Rica

With regards to that other alert. . . its now also for Jakarta, GUAM, and did I mention that the line actually ran DIRECTLY through Ecuador on at least one reading of the globe/straight-line tool??? Continues on through Indonesia around Jakarta there, Wake Island, Palau, Hawaii, and Philippines, too. Also have a great drawing of the landfall of that CAT-2 Cyclone but with so much shaking late Tuesday, it'll have to wait till another day!!!

Check out if Severe Winter Conditions WERE a factor in this weeks "Earthquake Minute"!!! CLICK Arrow: Here's Severe Winter Conditions Earthquake Minute at YouTube@ https://youtu.be/3zW8cAbzS74 And The Transcript@ http://earthquakealert3.blogspot.com/2018/01/severe-winter-conditions-earthquake.html

At first this looked like an earthquake striking right at the point of landfall recently of Typhoon Tembin, then I went and compared Makong Delta on Google Earth. . . and came up with this epicenter being about 500 miles north of where that landfall was on December 25th there. Possibly still connected to area that we DO happen to be watching just the same, although I might expect some bigger shaking! Not sure if Vietnam will be getting any more of it, because this one looks fairly big for them:

4.3 - 42km WNW of Son La, Vietnam
2018-01-08 23:21:25 UTC 21.440°N 103.516°E 10.0 km depth

Nearby Places:
11 Miles West of Thị Trấn Thuận Châu, Vietnam
27 Miles WNW of Sơn La, Vietnam
32 Miles East of Dien Bien Phu, Vietnam
125 Miles West of Hanoi, Vietnam
750 Miles North of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
775 Miles North of The Makong Delta

So there was also a Typhoon Damrey at Vietnam on November 4-5 with Day 60 being January 4 and all told not really of much relevance here and very soon not being relevant at all with everything else going on! Just felt I should mention it with Vietnam shaking!!!

Did the best I could late Tuesday to get this report together and now am going to rush it to press and get busy with those pics and charts for my next EQ Blog!!! Watch now, because as I said yesterday, we know there's some earthquakes coming!!!
