Landfall of Hurricane Otto at Nicaragua Leads DIRECTLY To a Big 7.0 Richters Earthquake Offshore From Nearby El Salvador!!! About an Hour Apart!!! 2.6 Just Struck 10 MilesNorth of Burbank!!! And Now 3 Out Of 5 Aint Bad "Earthquake Minute"!!!

I generally like to add "Earthquake Minute" right here, although do note there has been a previous update to this EQ Blog. Here's 3 Out Of 5 Aint Bad "Earthquake Minute/EQ Video Log" CLICK Arrow: SEE 3 Out Of 5 "Earthquake Minute" at YouTube@ https://youtu.be/IxfSbBBwbF4 And The Transcript@ http://earthquakealert3.blogspot.com/2016/11/3-out-of-5-aint-bad-earthquake-minute.html NOW Fridays EQ Blog:

UPDATE: As of early Friday Morning, there was a 2.6 just north of Burbank and East of Downtown San Fernando and Sylmar in the San Fernando Valley!!! It will take some time for the felt report to build, so I might need to update. ALSO: Big 6.5 in the region near Kashmir!!! Border between China and Tajikistan, more on that later, too!!! Now Fridays Previously Written EQ Blog:

Occasionally you've heard me say to watch IMMEDIATELY for Major Earthquakes anytime there's a big landfall of a big windstorm anywhere in the vacinity of a shaky place! Such is the case today with the landfall about 11am of Hurricane Otto at Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua and about an hour or two later a 7.0 Richters Earthquake struck just off the Pacific Shore of nearby El Salvador!!! You can see both in this pic with the Hurricane on the right and the STAR representing the earthquake on the left:
Here's a copy of the report I received this afternoon via E-Mail, might also be a USGS Report, too:

With that said, here's what todays EQ Blog looked like earlier today when I thought these few small ones weren't enough to post and decided to WAIT. . . and usually something more comes along like it did!!!

Couldn't hardly believe it when I saw the hour of this one being 57 minutes past!!! Had to double-check, and triple-check because it was possible it was the one where the ground was shaking on Wednesday Night at the truck-stop in Illinois where I was at!!! So, I went all through my receipts and even had to test out my new password and "Secret Question" on my Illinois I-Pass. . . and still as of this writing have not actually confirmed nor disclaimed the fact that the ground definitely was shaking there at the big truck-stop where I routinely stop to fuel up my car there at Rochelle. So until I come up with something perhaps more solid, here's what the USGS Report on the one that I found, apparently one full exact hour BEFORE the one I have written down on the sheet in my pocket at apparently 7:57pm where I have written down 8:57pm? The possibility that I read the clock on my flip-phone wrong remains the only variable, otherwise I know for certain I surely felt this one shake for a good half-minute there!!!

A final note before we move on, the trip was originally to visit the scene of the now years ago Peoria Tornado that struck mainly at the nearby town of Washington, Illinois and am very happy to report to you all today there's hardly any sign the tornado hit and heavily damaged like 1000 homes and I clearly recalled as I cruised through there. . . one very large and lengthy area where ALL the houses had been destroyed!!! Not the case there anymore. Virtually everything and all signs of tornado gone! Exception being one guys driveway marked up, still one or two vacant lots, one tree shows signs of heavy damage, and first house off Main Street only lightly damaged but clearly a 70's house with now old fashioned siding leading into a now Brand-New residential area if you know what I mean. All appears to be well there in that little town!!! So, let us move on!!!

Of course keep watching New Zealand while you watch this weeks Big New Zealand "Earthquake Minute"!!! And so Thanksgiving Day 2016 in the U.S.A, went well with a lot of football games and having started out early today with that Great Parade!!! And a lot of great music and those balloons, too!!! Several of my all time favorites!!! Sorry, Thanksgiving seems to be pretty much strictly a thing between the natives who made peace with the settlers in America. . . and as a result probably the rest of the world might have no knowledge of what it's all about!!! We'll be done celebrating it tomorrow, and back-to-work, so keep watching for more earthquakes as I take one more run to the kitchen for left-overs!!! Thank-You Again For Reading!!! EQ Guy
