Anniversary of The World Series Quake-Loma Prieta Earthquake is Tuesday!!! Also More Small Shakers Around Los Angeles, And San Francisco as October New Moon Window Begins Soon!!!

It will be later on in the day on Tuesday when the actual Anniversary of the exact moment of the World Series Earthquake is, but right now the big deal is the fact that we're awaiting another big shaker there. . . at San Francisco!!! Question is how close to this date, and that exact moment could this happen!? My best story about that earthquake is the fact that I hadn't started my work yet in 1989 and so the story comes from the fact that it was one of the reining big ones that first came to my attention the day of the Northridge Earthquake of just a few years later when I started going all through previous earthquakes in an effort to try and figure out what might have caused them. Not sure if this was the one I first connected, or if I compared facts gathered from a lot of other earthquakes, but I do know for sure I was looking at the map of this one when I made my big discovery!!!!! You can see that at my "Earthquake Prediction Documentary" and I'll just run a link to it here if you wish to check that out@ https://youtu.be/MkbFkayqVu4 The rest is history and led up to the EQ Blog you are reading!!! Thank-You For Reading and Watch for next big San Francisco Earthquake to strike on that big Anniversary. . . TODAY!!!

The Big List of earthquakes around the Los Angeles Region Continues!!!!! I've placed Carpinteria and Chatsworth here from yesterday to illustrate what we're talking about. . . . .NOW Update and looks like a LOT of them here:

1.3 1km WNW of Brea, CA 2017-10-16 21:46
2.4 11km SE of Running Springs, CA 2017-10-16 21:39

2.4 17km S of Carpinteria, CA 2017-10-15 12:29

Probably shouldn't ignore the Los Angeles Area with such a big alert north of there!!! And with the New Moon it COULD get a whole lot worse there before it's over! Watch L.A., too, and they aren't actually too far from the San Andreas Fault, either. . . where a lot of those there earthquakes have been striking.

This is just a sort of unusual area for shaking and look at the list of nearby places with only the distance to Modesto to measure off from unless you know those other towns:

2.5 - 16km SW of Patterson, California
2017-10-16 14:27:21 UTC 37.363°N 121.265°W 11.1 km depth

Nearby Places:

Here's a story about a lot of shaking near Bakersfield that was once called one big Earthquake Swarm there, but I was unable to find anything about it besides this: "4.7 Earthquake Shakes the Mettler Area on Friday, September 23, 2005. A moderate 4.7 earthquake shook the Mettler California area on September 22. The quake was felt as far away as Orange County to the South and Fresno to the North. The quake caused minor merchandise damage to some local shops, but no injuries were reported. A 3.4 foreshock preceded the 4.7 mainshock by forty-four seconds. Eight aftershocks above 3.0 were recorded within 14 hours. In 1952 the Kern County 7.5 Quake was centered less than five miles from the location of this quake."

FOUND a small example of what I'm talking about here that shook AFTER Landfall of Hurricane Katrina on August 25, 2005. . . and BEFORE the Great Islamabad Earthquake on October 7, 2005. This "Swarm" would have struck at California on Day 28, with that great earthquake following on Day 43:

3.4 Mag Foreshock 3 miles SW of Mettler, CA, Sept. 22, 2005
4.7 Mag Earthquake 2 miles WSW of Mettler, CA, Sept. 22, 2005
3.9 Mag Aftershock 1 mile SSW of Mettler, CA, Sept. 22, 2005

Here's another version of that above list with a lot of the rest of them showing here. I noticed the above list doesn't seem to give the time, too. . . while this list does! Didn't edit this either aside from removing the longitude and latitudes and split seconds, too:

3.4 2005/09/22 13:24 4 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
4.7 2005/09/22 13:24 5 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
1.8 2005/09/22 13:29 6 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
3.4 2005/09/22 13:29 5 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
3.7 2005/09/22 13:30 4 Miles NNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
2.4 2005/09/22 13:34 5 Miles NW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
1.9 2005/09/22 13:36 5 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
3.2 2005/09/22 13:37 4 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
3.0 2005/09/22 13:38 4 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
2.4 2005/09/22 13:45 3 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
1.9 2005/09/22 13:55 6 Miles WNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA
2.9 2005/09/22 13:58 4 Miles NW of Wheeler Ridge, CA

THIS is an earthquake worth taking a look at because it's right along the line we're watching there. . . albeit on the Nevada side!!! Wikipedia@ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1915_Pleasant_Valley_earthquake And all things said "Wikipedia" seems to promote PayPal, which is a bad exception to their usual rules of not advertising and therefore NOT being impartial. Use of this one time demonstration of an earthquake of old, should not be too bad of a promotion for a company that now seems to NOT be impartial any longer for whatever reason they decided to advertise. . . PayPal? Don't get me wrong, I'll probably go on using Wikipedia and am sorry I don't know how that write-up got in here:)

Not last because it lacks importance today, rather, I put San Francisco Bay Region here because it is just now being updated close to press time with a 2.0 there:

Once again, the Anniversary of the World Series-Loma Prieta Earthquake is TODAY!!! Quite possible something could shake up around that region today, too!!! Otherwise you'll want to remember the October New Moon Window will actually start around Noon on Wednesday, but the added pull from it can start any time now!!! With the exact moment being on Thursday, October 19 at 2:13pm Central Time, 12:13pm Pacific Time and the window probably runs through Friday, then if the big one hasn't already struck by then!!!!! Be Watching Today, and all week!!!
