There was a 4.5 just Offshore from Santa Barbara, and just this moment that now shaky Catalina Island Region was struck by about a 3.5 Richters Earthquake and this has all happened in about the last couple hours!! The felt report from the "Lompoc/Santa Barbara" Earthquake was at 1700 moments ago when I checked it with it being felt in Bakersfield and Los Angeles. . . and JUST NOW the 3.5 Avalon Earthquake came in and I must say there had also been an earlier Catalina Island Earthquake earlier this week and so I'm quick writing this to say there could be more!!!!! There was also a small earthquake up around San Jose earlier today so San Francisco Bay just COULD get something, too!!! Now some other earthquake stuff for you as I prepare a complete edition of EQ Blog and look into that Catalina Island Earthquake of just going on an hour ago! Here's some other stuff:
