UPDATE: Phone rang just past 2am here, just past midnight Pacific Time with a good sized 3.9 that struck about 25 miles West of Catalina Island out there in the "Gulf of Catalina" west of Long Beach there!!! I'll be watching for more than the 58 felt reports currently and have an update tomorrow or next EQ Blog, until then the big one COULD BE NEXT, you know!!!!! Now todays previously written EQ Blog:
In the process of preparing the new Earthquake Video Log today that I went on to decide to call it a Video Earthquake Minute. . . biggest problem was what to say or how to tell these people so big of an earthquake is getting closer and closer and looking more and more inevitable. That was when I came up with the phrase "It could spell DOOM for San Francisco and Northern California"!!! To be honest this is what I'm trying to say albeit in a nice way, you know! We could very well right now be talking about the big one!!! The one California has been waiting, and waiting, and waiting for and all along knowing full well it's coming. . . some day! Well, I'm here to tell you that day could be today, or tomorrow or any moment now before November 17, 2017. Difficult as it is to squeeze all that into 59 seconds, I still have to continue writing my EQ Blog everyday and doing my radio shows along the way, so keep watching and Thank-You For Reading! And of course we will all be very sorry for whomever gets this one when it SHAKES!!!!!
UPDATE: Looks like this big shaker at Thousand Oaks has been deleted!!! Otherwise this would have been not too bad of a lead story there at the far western outskirts of the Los Angeles Area, you know!!! Not such a big one at 2.1, but look where it struck along with the rest of the Los Angeles Shakers from Monday:
