OFFICIAL EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION--SAN FRANCISCO!!!!!

HERE IS AN ABBREVIATED VERSION OF MY LATEST OFFICIAL PREDICTION SENT TODAY TO THE CALIFORNIA EARTHQUAKE PREDICTION EVALUATION COUNCIL, CEPEC:

OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR A MAJOR EARTHQUAKE
TO STRIKE SAN FRANCISCO BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15, 2008

I correlated major earthquakes as happening following the landfall of all of the biggest hurricanes, and typhoons, etc. I discovered this originally in the days following the Northridge earthquake when I searched for all of the things that happened in the days before that major shaker. Since then, I have regularly sent out my “EQ Alert” whenever such a big windstorm does make landfall.
I had to adapt my alerts for submission to the California Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council (CEPEC) because I never really wrote out my earthquake forecasts as predictions per se, thus the creation of my Official Predictions such as this one.

CONCERNING THE LANDFALL OF HURRICANE GUSTAVE AT LOUISIANA

When a major hurricane makes landfall I look very closely at the exact point where this landfall occurred and the exact direction that it was traveling as if this direction was a big hammer striking the tectonic plate at that point. Today, in the matter of Hurricane Gustaves landfall at South Louisiana, I have issued a major alert for San Francisco because a line heading about west-northwest out of the Louisiana coast crosses Nevada and goes into California directly crossing through Santa Rosa, California. While Santa Rosa looks to be the exact spot for this medium sized earthquake that I am putting at 6.8 Richters, keep in mind that this line has to cross a shaky California/Nevada border region that could also get this earthquake and the line continues on for later in September for Honshu, Japan. With the landfall of Hurricane Gustave, there is also an issue of it having turned somewhat to the north while still a hurricane. When this happens I have to add that the potential seismic energy could thusly veer just somewhat slightly to the north of Frisco, but not much. With Eureka and Fortuna, California at the very top of this line and still very much a potential danger to the people of California.

IN CONCLUSION

It has been quite some time since one of my alerts has been exclusively for California and I believe that at least some precautions should be taken. Batteries in flashlights, bottled water, tools kept handy, heavy equipment accounted for and possibly mobilized, key people alerted, radios tested, vehicles all gassed up, and people who do not have to be in the San Francisco area could be allowed to leave for a few days.
The time frame for this potential seismic activity to get from the Gulf of Mexico to California is only a few days. In my recent alert I say Thursday or Friday of this week, or around September 4 or 5, 2008 for about the exact date of this 6.8 Richters earthquake to strike San Francisco, but keep in mind that the World Series earthquake was 18 days after the landfall of Hurricane Hugo, (but that was fully on the East Coast), and so while it could go as long as until September 18, there is also a full moon around September 15 and that increases the potential for an earthquake at least somewhat, probably due to rising tides and their additional force on those tectonic plates especially when they are already being pushed around by a huge windstorm, in this case the winds of Hurricane Gustave. Also, the landfall of Gustave at Cuba could have been serious enough to cause a major earthquake up around Anchorage, Alaska in the coming days as well, for the record.

Thank-You, again, to the California Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council for accepting my Official Predictions and in the future I hope you will alert the people that there is potential seismic activity heading for them!!!

Respectfully Submitted,
