Hello CEPEC Person (Name Edited Out),
I will have a more formal version of todays information later in the week, but for right now I have to let you know that this new earthquake energy could involve a tsunami for Santa Barbara in the 3 to 8 foot range between now and about July 8, but possibly before June 25. The purpose of this letter is to have on file with CEPEC that I might expect a major earthquake of about exactly 7.1 Richters to strike Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, or Point Conception before July 3, 2012 and quite a lot of this potential region seems to have a history of producing tsunami's although the year 1812 was all that I could find right this moment as evidence. Still might be worth mentioning right here.

There is also a Super Typhoon heading up the South China Sea directly for Japan on the same path as Typhoon Roke struck just prior to my most recent Quake Chase when Coos Bay, Oregon got a 5.9 downgraded to 5.3 Richters. . . this Typhoon Guchol threatens to produce a huge earthquake energy much bigger than October 2011, but we will see when it makes landfall. Finally I am extending my last Official Prediction, previously written to June 16, 2012, until June 23, 2012 and anything from that one should have passed by that day, albeit with a lot of now new earthquake energy in its place!

Thank-You again for accepting this Official Prediction and a complete version will follow at some point.

Sincerely,
The EQ Alert Guy,
