5.8 Mexico Earthquake and Lots of Earthquakes at State of Washington! Watch Around Pacific Espeially California/West Coast!!!

Again, as with all the earthquakes at Mexico yesterday or in yesterdays EQ Blog rather, this big 5.8 would have been a very big earthquake event if it shook any closer to California or our West Coast! Therefore why don't we sort of watch for just something like that to still happen because this here is serious, albeit a general movement of the tectonic place that's sort of unpredictable as to what might happen next. Here's a look at what the USGS Report looks like:

5.8 - 61km WSW of Puerto Madero, Mexico

2016-04-27 07:51am Central Time

Nearby Places
37 Miles WSW of Puerto Madero, Mexico
49 Miles W of Suchiate, Mexico
51 Miles WSW of Tapachula, Mexico
51 Miles SW of Huixtla, Mexico
164 Miles W of Guatemala City, Guatemala

Well, with not a lot more going on than that, I decided to put off the vid just a little and here's the felt report from 5.8 Mexico Earthquake:

Mapastepec, Chiapas, Mexico.............1.....101 km
San Marcos, San Marcos, Guatemala.......1.....137 km
Salcajá, Quezaltenang, Guatemala........1.....170 km
Huehuetenango, Huehuetenango, Guatemala.1.....184 km
Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico.......1.....244 km
Cobán, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala..........1.....297 km

Not a lot else going on so here's one more chance to view this weeks "Earthquake Minute" CLICK Arrow: OR You Can Always WATCH at YouTube@ AND Transcript is @

At press time I had not come up with any explanation for all this shaking at State of Washington. Again, could it possibly all be conneted with tornado action taking place in nearby states? Here's a giant list of earthquakes there which includes some very tiny ones even:

The one listed as an explosion could possibly be a clue, but not sure if all of that noise on todays list of latest earthquakes is exactly related to an explosion or perhaps if they're like doing any mining up there in that region where strip mining or whatever could be a real possiblilty. . . although I have no knowledge at all whatsoever on what types of stuff they could be mining! Coal, copper, silver, or maybe gold, but I really doubt if all of todays earthquakes are the result of explosions in the process of gold mining! More likely that would be coal, and it is a fact that there's a good sized amount of coal in the ground in that region but again it's out of my field!!! Keep Watching around Pacific and especially California and West Coast! EQ Guy

There's a lot of my very best earthquake stuff in My E-Book, "Bringing Earthquakes To Life" @ Thank-You For Reading!!! EQ Guy

In the event you're reading this because you heard "Earthquake Minute" on one of the big Radio Networks somewhere, I have a page with all my "Bio Information" from my EQ Radio Show@ and it will have a lot of answers and some of my best stuff! Thank-You For Listening, Too!!! EQ Guy
