OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR ANOTHER MAJOR EARTHQUAKE
TO STRIKE CALIFORNIA BEFORE JANUARY 22, 2010
Because this report must be written and submitted swiftly, I am going to have to omit some specifics that might otherwise be critical in the accurate propagation of this information. Further, I may not be able to go into as much detail with my description of such things as the number of square miles of intensely cold temperatures, and full explanations of exactly how plate tectonics works.
The reason that I believe it is necessary to file this additional O.P. today is due to the fact that the movement of the North American Tectonic Plate, most recently probably a major cause in the Haiti Earthquake. The North American Tectonic Plate seems to act as one when it comes to a total plate movement sort of action happening. This tectonic plate tends to not really move too much as if the top portion which leads up to around Northern Canada where there is a rather solid connection to the Arctic Tectonic Plate which seldom if rarely moves, either, is a solid connection to the earth. Therefore, following my correlation to severe winter conditions and heavy winter snowfall pushing down on this tectonic plate after the Northridge quake, I now want to say that there could now possible be still more major movement of this tectonic plate.
This will not be my best written document ever submitted to CEPEC, but at this time I feel it is urgent that at least in the future we take a moment right here and now in the middle of all this earthquake activity to let the general public of Southern California KNOW that there may still be some potential seismic energy out there that might be heading for them!!!!!
I have done enough work on this subject over the years, now going on 20 years since I started on this project and have accurately discussed potential earthquakes for every single major earthquake for the last several years now. Today, I feel I am talking about another major earthquake that may strike Southern California around SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, LONG BEACH, LOS ANGELES, AND MALIBU!!!!! While giving an exact guess at the magnitude of this now upcoming tectonic plate movement and resultant release of seismic energy, would not be in anybodys interest, I still want to say 6 or 7 Richters. Knowing the numbers of the largest major shocks of the other two recent major releases of seismic energy at the other corners of this tectonic plate, will not necessarily give that good of an idea what this one could be. Allow me to skip the discussion of how Richters are basically just measuring vibrations, anyways. Let’s move on, here.
In summation, this alert is based on my “Weight on the Tectonic Plate” theory which at least somewhat takes into account a similar accepted science known as “Manmade Seismic Activity.” These are earthquakes that it is a fact, happen when reservoirs are filled, and etc. For the purposes of expediting this alert, please just assume this similarity to be correct.
Finally, as all the weight that is still in place across most of the United States, there is also a factor for EXTREME COLD TEMPERATURES. All the weight is now pushing down on the North American Tectonic Plate, and then the coldest string of cold temperatures ever was posted in Tampa Bay, Florida at the same time that I seem to recall hearing it was as low as 40 degrees like at Key West or one of the Florida Keys. Was it also cold in Haiti? In the mechanical industries we once used a big load of DRY ICE to free a stuck valve at the Madison Gas and Electric, Blount Power Plant where a steam valve was stuck really bad. Much the same as that fault line at Haiti has been pushed tightly up against the North American plate just north of there, and yes, I realize the Caribbean is a micro plate region and that there may be one or two smaller tectonic plates in between. At the same time as the DRY ICE caused the stuck steam valve to free up and MOVE. . . The extreme cold temperatures down that way caused those fault lines that were due to shake in time anyways, to SHAKE!!!
And this movement then, of the North American Tectonic Plate, could possibly cause fault lines out in California to shake one more time in about the next 10 days following this submission. This might not be as imminent as my Official Prediction of December 22, 2009 which ran through January 12, 2010 and covered the Eureka Earthquake. This is being submitted more as a precaution for the State of California mostly just to let everybody know that the chance of a major earthquake is not over, now. Had the Haiti earthquake not happened yesterday, I probably would be issuing one of my informal all clears right now, but be aware that due to the Haiti earthquake, let’s be watching for more seismic energy to be released out in California for a little while, yet!!!
