As I write this early on Tuesday Morning there has just now been a Huge Swarm of a full page of earthquakes as big as 3.1 and 3.8 up there at that usual North of Reno and Northern California Region! Watch For this to lead to something major because it is a big amount of earthquake energy happening and there is still a lot of earthquake energy out there. Earlier on Monday there was this 3.3 at Connecticut with this entire list of aftershocks reading from the bottom with that 3.3 there in the middle and the aftershocks reading up from there:

If time permits, I want to say one more time that the cables on the Golden Gate Bridge must be about completely rusted away! Now with all the new added weight of as much as 1000 Tons of Concrete it makes it that much more likely the slightest earthquake, much less a Major one will do a whole lot of serious damage, there! Did have a pic to upload here, but due to the large amount of other stuff to write about today, I might pass on running that pic that I borrowed from somewhere else, anyways. Eventually it will become necessary to build some sort of superstructure out near the middle of that bridge for the purpose of supporting that span of however long the length of unsupported highway reaches out to the middle of the bridge. Then old rusted out cables will need to be removed, and new fresh set of cables put in their place.
Very likely that since Tuesday will be Day 37 after landfall of Typhoon Hagupit. . . that there may still be enough Major Earthquake Energy out there to cause one more Earthquake-Tsunami Event around Indonesia, Peru, or Chile so we should continue to watch and as I discussed in the V-Log above the severe cold could also bring on some shaking for us! Maybe more yet out east and always could be more in California or our West Coast!!! EQ Guy
