Final Days of That Recent Alert!!! Anything Coming???

As happens in the earthquake biz from time to time. . . there just does not happen to be too much earthquake energy out there to speak of. I have recently heard that China got a lot of snow and was like plowing and shoveling quite a lot, but even if that did turn out to create much earthquake energy it would not be likely to push against the San Andreas Fault much anyways. It is now going on too long even since there has been any major movement of the Pacific Tectonic Plate and it is starting to look like the water on the proverbial pond on a quiet summer day! Hopefully the earthquake situation will continue to look like that as well with no alerts at all active beyond May 18, 2012. While this is not quite an "All Clear" just yet, per se. . . I want to announce here that there have been times when we can go for a few days or weeks without any major earthquakes. In the past I have also considered this to be more proof that we are getting to know how "Precision Plate Tectonics" works, so let's see what happens. . . if this theory is right, and if anything shakes or not for the next few weeks. Of course keep in mind that you should always be prepared and I am not an expert on earthquakes. Earthquake energy could still generate from the middle of the earth like some of the old methods of earthquake prediction once said. Thank-You for reading! EQ Guy
