Just viewed the Hurricane Seasons very first Pacific Hurricane, or Tropical Storm rather, Tropical Storm Aletta is heading due west and mostly out into the greater Pacific Ocean. Writing today because it is possible that these high winds could strike some smaller islands out there somewhere and generate some possibly smaller earthquake energy. There was also just a 4.0 Richters earthquake at Northern California, see:

I will watch T.S. Aletta and update as soon as it begins to look like it might be trouble. One of my first EQ Alerts, or perhaps first, was such a storm that struck Johnston Atoll in the summer after the Northridge Earthquake in 1994 and there was a 7 Magnitude earthquake that struck Northern California in the days that followed. Be Prepared! EQ Guy
