Not much to start out the big Memorial Day Weekend EQ Blog with but it does appear Mt. St. Helens and Mount Hood will not be forgotten this weekend due to these two showing up on Thursday!!!

These came in late in the week although I've been very busy with a lot of other stuff going on and never got around to posting these California and Utah Earthquakes. Could already be the effects from Big Cyclone now moving out there along the tectonic plates and Pacific could again be moving!!! Here's all that:

At one point in time this week, there was a 4.0 Utah Earthquake that looked like it might be big news! However right this moment I just luckily found it here in a saved page and as a result now have something to use to write this blog! Check it out with the felt report following:

Finally as much as I hate to have to admit it, it looks like the straight line from landfall of Cyclone Roanu at Bangladesh WILL NOT head directly to Japan!!! In fact unless there is a lot of movement at Banda Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia and the Andaman/Nicobar Islands. . . THEN that could affect Japan next in line, then it will affect Japan, however this would not be Hokkaido as I discussed in this weeks "Earthquake Minute" link now above.

Congratulations San Jose Sharks on their very first time going to The Stanley Cup FINALS!!! Have a Good-Weekend, Everybody!!! EQ Guy
