At this time I understand how victims of Sandy felt. Californians experience earthquakes constantly, esp in certain areas. We pay brief attention to new info. but when nothing happens, we blow it off. That doesn't mean the sky won't fall eventually. Your credibility may end up being very expensive for Californians in terms of lives, injuries and the economy. You do have a fascinating theory; if it works people will start paying more attention.
