Amarillo also had 19 Inches of snow as of February 24th and that is the date I used to come up with next week as the date of the extension, however the New Moon will also be Monday and therefore we have something Major possibly shaking on MONDAY!!! If the report is correct that was 2 feet of WET SLUSHY SNOW, but the good news is we are starting to look at some melting in the coming days and so hopefully a lot of it will melt fast enough that the ground will not settle too much. Till then we might watch Richmond, Washington DC, and NJ/NY for some of those garden variety foreshocks or Earthquakes as they call them on the East Coast! I call them foreshocks because they normally precede much more Major Earthquakes such as Offshore San Diego 6.3 Recently was preceded by a couple of good New Jersey/Connecticut Earthquakes. So let us continue watching and we will see what happens between now and the night of the New Moon Monday and remember there could still be a Major Earthquake as big as 8 or 9 Richters although we did have a lot of shaking at Kuril Islands, Santa Cruz Islands, and yesterday Prince Edward Island near the South End of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.
Finally by my USUAL tracking method Monday, March 4 would have been Day 23 after big blizzard and also Day number of Northridge and Haiti, making today Day 26 and tomorrow Day 27, and Saturday/Sunday Day 28 and 29, etc. With Day 30 being Monday. Those would normally be BIG Day numbers if I was tracking earthquake energy from a Major Hurricane or Typhoon, so as a precaution and until I have studied severe winter conditions which DO NOT seem to occur as frequently and as a result I haven't had as much time to study them, watch all the way through Day 33 just in case. And Day 16 after Amarillo is also Monday and you might remember Day 16 was Eureka 2010 and Craig, Alaska 2013.
