This has actually been the cure for the common cold for quite some time, now. It usually begins around the beginning of the cough and cold season when somebody in the house brings home the slightest cough. That is when I immediately check the basement for the most advanced "Anti-Virus/Anti-Bacteria" Furnace Filter which seems like 3M is the only one that I know of on the market. See previous EQ Blog for that whole explanation. I have started out with a cough, cough, cough and put in the 3M Filter and turned furnace fan ON (as opposed to 'Auto') to run through the night and by the next day NO COUGH, No Cold, no longer sick! Of course I'm not a doctor due to never having finished Med School, but I can speculate that the 3M 1500 Filter is circulating the air through the house and drawing it back in to the intake and blowing it through that advanced filter where it actually CLEANS out ALL signs of virus and recirculates ONLY the cleanest of air that is FREE of all those nasty viruses that cause coughs and colds. Please feel free to try this 3M 1500 and check on the package for a furnace filter that specifically shows virus and bacteria. This type of filter would also be VERY USEFUL in public places such as theatres, stores, schools and everywhere that the public routinely exchange coughs! COULD make a lot of places virus free! I suppose someone else might invent a meter that detects the cold virus and it might suggest an anti-virus filter for your furnace!
