I finally caught up with the folks at the California and National Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Councils to update them on "Quake Chase 2014: Oakland" as well as updates on several typhoons as well as apologizing for not keeping them up-to-date, and here is a link to that letter at EQ Blog-2: http://earthquakealert2.blogspot.com/2014/08/updated-information-on-san.html Note that NEPEC has already replied saying "No Need To Apologize" and that I should continue to file my "Official Predictions" with them in the future.
You can check out the total list of all earthquakes that have ever been recorded at Iceland going back many years of 4 or 5 Magnitude and over, although it now looks like volcano is erupting up there, so this paragraph has been edited. Just saying. . . here's a story I came across while researching all of this! Of course at least one volcano has produced Poison Gas! That is about all there is right at the moment! I will update if later on Friday with all the latest info on Volcano Erupting in Iceland, sorry I had to heavily edit this EQ Blog! Here's that conclusion before editing: Shout Out to "Guy From Pittsburgh" who was concerned about me mentioning the fact that it is common for the news to report that aftershocks could be bigger than the original earthquake. Just want to repeat what I replied to him earlier, and that is just a saying and only that. And that I do not believe repeating that "Old Saying" has any affect on the likelihood of this occurring.
