That was when I discovered by phoning my motel there, that it will also be the weekend of the "Outland Festival" at Gateway Park!!! Link to their website: http://www.sfoutsidelands.com/home/ AND they are already Sold Out, so that part of my trip is pretty much forgotten, unless. . . . . but other than that Saturday Night line-up featuring Tom Petty, I'll just have to get over missing that Great Sounding Music Festival even though I'll likely be Rollerblading right past there at some point on Sunday and practically the same exact moment of the August Full Moon!!! Actual reason I might be headed out that way anyways!
Latest earthquake news just up to press time was the "Dueling" Earthquake Swarms presently going on at BOTH Portola, California and Lakeview, Oregon. Portola is that Northern California Swarm that I have been keeping you up on where I've described it as North of Reno, Nevada near the Stateline Region up that way, and this new Lakeview, Oregon location looks to actually be in Nevada up there just north yet of the Portola epicenter. BIG news here is as I was watching all this unfold, some of you might already have it figured out that there is probably some similarity between the two lists, right? WELL. . . that was when I noticed if there IS any similarity then the last two that had struck just prior to me writing this EQ Blog, were the two on the top of the Portola list. THAT was when I realized they were just a little bigger than the other Portola ones and reasoned immediately that there would probably be a BIGGER one following at Lakeview!!!!! Of course you already know what happened just a few minutes later at, as you can see there given in Central Time as 23:46 with the last two Portola Earthquakes before it given as 23:08, and 23:09 indicating I waited a few minutes there, too, while preparing this EQ Blog, too! AND like two more at Portola followed all that, but I will not be keeping these lists up throughout Tuesday unless something major becomes of all this which it sort of looks like it might and Tuesday will be our Day 21 after the landfall of Typhoon Ramassun at Philippines, so there is about to be some major shaking as a result of all that, too!
Doesn't mean California, or Sumatra, but if my Straight Line Theory holds true it should be Afghanistan/Pakistan that is unless that Major Potential Earthquake Energy hits the Indio/Australian Tectonic Plate up around Nepal, then it could strike there!
