You can read the entire "Official Prediction: California and West Coast" at my EQ Blog-3 HERE: http://earthquakealert3.blogspot.com/2013/11/official-prediction-for-major.html But I can say right here and now it is highly not likely there will actually be anything too major shaking California, rather it is just a routine procedure that I feel I must file with the California and National Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Councils due to the alert being so high at 7.9 to 9.1 Richters that it should be filed and can't be not filed if you know what I mean.

The damage reports that are coming in from the Philippines are far beyond what I had expected having checked out those regions on Google Earth prior to the windstorm making landfall there. Some of the regions are like a hundred miles or more apart and all reporting major damage and so it looks like the path of this Huge Super Typhoon might actually be like 200 or 300 Miles across and drag all the way across several different islands of the Philippines for almost a thousand miles!!! Now having also just made landfall at Vietnam where 500,000 people were evacuated and there will also be a lot of damage there, too! While that will also produce more potential earthquake energy, the windspeeds were not quite over 100 and so the earthquake resultants should not reach 6 Richters, more likely one or two good 5.5's up in the Siberia Region.
