The original 4.7 that struck 8:39am Central and 6:39 Pacific was followed so far by a dozen aftershocks with at least one big enough to ring my phone a second time thereafter at 3.4 Richters like half-hour after that first one. While I had always thought today, December 23 was the Anniversary of the Paso Robles Earthquake at San Simeon, California. . . checking looks like actual time was December 22 and am not sure what the discrepancy is there since I know I could not have been wrong.

The felt reports as of this writing are mostly those small desert towns up in that region with one in Bakersfield, one in California City, one in Fresno, 5 in Tehachapi and a few more. I will update if more comes in.
There were also a notable number of earthquakes through the night in Japan including 3 that struck around 50 miles offshore and all together about 125 to 150 miles east of Tokyo so we might continue to watch that area for that still possibly upcoming 7.6 to 9.1 in the following days until it completely expires.
Finally that Official Prediction for Malibu, Northridge, and Paso Robles will now have at least one additional foot of snow added to it and while the original document will still basically run its course sometime in January, I will update with the latest numbers at some point before then.
