JUST IN!!! 2.8 Strikes At Marina Del Rey, California!!! HUGE Felt Report, too!!! More Coming For California? Updated!!!

As I was going over the list of recent earthquakes from overnight, I already had written in front of me the 3.1 that shook Flathead Lake, Montana a rather unusual place where I can't say I've even seen an earthquake before just south of Glacier National Park and Kalispell, Montana where I enjoyed many Summer Vacations over the years and also an earthquake that almost struck right at the heart of Malibu albeit a 2.3 where we are watching for that bigger 5 Richters one and a link to that Official Prediction will follow here. . . then the link at the top of the page begins to flash with an update! That update is now a 2.8 Richters Earthquake that struck at Marina Del Rey, California as I was in the beginning stages of writing this EQ Blog about the 2.3 that struck up around Fresno during the night where my first thought was that Fresno itself is just a bit unusual and it might indicate something else yet, could shake California.

Then, along comes "1km NW of Marina del Rey, California 2013-12-19 15:53:39 UTC" in the banner headline of the latest USGS Report of the latest earthquakes! That felt report which usually might need some time to build up. . . is already so notable that I will repeat most of it right here and now! First here is the link to the "I Told You So" Official Prediction that I've been telling you about: http://tinyurl.com/o-p-malibu2013 And don't be dismayed by the sight of the "TinyUrl" link showing up in that link, either! Just simply ran it through the "Link Shortening" process that gives a user a much shorter and in this case takes up much less space in my EQ Blog. . . trust me it will take you directly there for probably a good number of years into the future, too, incase you are reading this BEYOND December of the year 2013!!! Recommend that process, too, for all your "URL" Shortening needs! Tells you how many characters there were in your original URL, too, and you can save huge amounts of space! Such as I have converted URL's in the hundreds of characters to something simple like just a few words, since it lets you suggest a term for the shortened URL. You suggest "LessLink" and it will reduce all those characters in your original to www.tinyurl.com/lesslink (I won't actually use that one) unless you come across one that's taken and they tend to be taken just about permanently, too, such as a lot of "EQ" ones I've probably used over the years, you know!

So, here is that felt report, Final Update as of 7:23pm CST, Dec. 19, 2013:
