Does todays 3.3 at Kansas make THEM a player in upcoming 7.6 to 9 Richters Major Earthquake??? Well, it's easy to say NOT up to 9 Richters for them anyways, but at least a chance they could be the epicenter of all this when it finally does let loose somewhere? AND although a 3.6 up in the Pine Mountain Region of Southern California might not seem like much to a lot of the California folks who are reading. . . it does remind me of the days I would drive up through that region to take the back way to other places such as Ojai, Santa Paula, Cuyama, New Cuyama, Frasier Park, Moorpark, and even Lancaster, Palmdale, or Valencia occasionally! Not to mention passing directly through or past Pine Mountain and Los Padres going the other direction, possibly most famous for a car stuck out there in the middle of what was at one time a mudflow from a flood or something! Yes, just like a hundred or so feet off the road up there is a car half buried in the middle of the desert where it appears it was once a flood or a landslide that washed down from one of those or Pine Mountain itself, not sure. Also nearby is the largest ever GUSHER!!! Doesn't look like much today but when they struck it. . . . .the thing shot 300 feet in the air and was 18 feet across and ran like that for THREE YEARS!!!!! Best they could do was to build a giant wall around it in order for it to gush into the air and land in a pool where they report having recovered a lot of it! AND that 3.6 had felt reports from Bakersfield, Taft, Sherman Oaks and as far south as 155Km at Carson near Long Beach!!!

Finally the big question is if the Reno/Virginia City Swarm is migrating and from todays early morning list of earthquakes I am about to say YES! Here is the list just from the Mammoth Lakes Region and just since late yesterday and it is starting to look more and more like it is the brunt of all the same earthquake energy that struck Nevada! KEEP Watching because there are probably a lot more swarms such as the one above, and sure to be a HUGE EARTHQUAKE to follow, too, with that first date of possible correlation starting at any minute since I seem to recall it was between February 5 and February 9 or late tonight!!! We are talking Haiti Earthquake here and it could be striking Frisco this time!!! Or Cascadia? Or Alaska? Be Watching and Be Prepared for a Major Earthquake! EQ Guy
