I must state this observation here and now for folks who have been following, and following, and following right along with every single tectonic plate movement in this whole series, I have to announce that they have just shown on the TV a map with all of the snow that has melted in the last day or so including much of Ohio and it looks like a lot of Illinois, too! I know we have lost a little, but not enough to drastically end any of the major alerts for earthquakes. Since the huge amount of snow on the ground is very much a primary factor in pretty much all the earthquake action that we are presently monitoring. . . then it may be possible in the near future that some portion of all this threat for serious earthquakes could lessen before that huge one ever gets a chance to strike! Good for folks living in the shakiest of places, too!
So, for now watch Hawaii because it could be one huge giant volcano, although it seems to me I heard the volcano that is threatening is located up in Alaska! Just the same all those small shakers currently the Volcano, Hawaii Swarm could still very well become the next Major Earthquake and up to this point it has looked like it might strike very near California or our West Coast! So be watching and be prepared!!! EQ Guy
