Not so much anymore as Wednesday passes, although something could easily brew during the earliest hours of Thursday, but anyways the seriousness of the earthquake activity at Kettleman City, California did seem to ratchet up at least somewhat over the last day or so and at one point had even produced its own page at Earthquake Central which you can still see at: http://eqalert.blogspot.com/2014/06/swarm-at-kettleman-city-california.html
Now all of this much earthquake energy WILL inevitably be leading to something. . . but it is somewhat difficult to say exactly what due especially to soooooo much potential earthquake energy happening! Best guess might be Triple Plate Junction, or Queen Charlotte Island/Vancouver Island at 7.9 Richters, but the San Francisco area is situated right near there and this Kettleman City arrangement seems to be running along a line that goes from North to South almost exactly parallel to the San Andreas Fault as well as parallel to State Highway 99 or the Kings Highway up there in that region. Could this affect the Hayward Fault?

There are now Major Alerts for the chances of a huge earthquake for San Francisco, California, Eureka, Oregon, Washington, and probably Alaska in addition to the Pacific Canada regions.
