The list of bad places where you wouldn't hope for earthquakes has just happened! Well sort of, anyways if you don't mind me posting about a few 1.2's then here goes: Universal City at 5:30am Pacific this morning which on the map looks more like the Whole Foods Store on Supulveda over along Ventura Boulevard posted as 6 kilometers West of Universal @ http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ci11345474#summary and probably only a mile or so from Northridge so to say let's keep watching that general neighborhood for a MegaThruster at any moment!!! NEXT, let's see here as I give you the tour of Stars Homes all across LA, LA Land here. . . oh yes onto beautiful downtown Diamond Bar, Chino Hills, and Pomona where our next smallish shaker from 8:25am PDT this morning struck at 1.5 right at the corner of BEAUTIFUL Santa Clara Drive and Village Loop Road!!! @ http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ci11345514#summary actually between the second and third houses on the left there just on the edge of Phillips Ranch!
Shall we move on, or does anybody have any questions? From Diamond Bar we head on up to Very Beautiful Crestline where I personally have a number of friends right there in that small town at the Rim of The World and even enjoyed some camping at the Silver Lake Campground once!!! Although the map looks more like Devore with the only difference being it is HEAVILY POPULATED! @ http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ci11345442#summary That one was a 1.2, but there is one more or actually there were several at Aguanga where I personally know the owner of the store there and his family and hope they are all well, there. I seen more than one that said Aquanga but probably the biggest in that series was the 2.1 that struck only moments ago 12 miles Southeast of there which couldn't be too far from the home of one of my bosses from construction who lives in Escondido!!! @ http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/eventpage/ci11345450#summary ALL Together those total 5.9, but again running totals don't say that much. TWO just struck at Coalinga as of 10:03am PDT, a 3.6 and 3.2 so watch everybody along The San Andreas Fault Line!!!!!
Sooooo, you could say that today I just hope that is the end of all the shaking around Southern California and that Los Angeles DOES NOT get hit by this possible MEGA-THRUSTER!!! Exact Moment of the August 2013 New Moon is at 2:52pm this afternoon Pacific Time so BE WATCHING!!!!! Probably will be more like those that I wrote about just now, but hopefully only more colloquial ones and nothing to ruin Skylars vacation out to Los Angeles where she enjoyed a taping of Jay Leno yesterday as well as the Beautiful Sunset Strip. . . only a mile from the epicenter of that Supulveda Shaker!!!!!!!!!
Thank-You for reading and please enjoy the rest of your stay in Beautiful L.A., Skylar!!!!! I personally recommend the Trolly Tour of Stars Homes, and the beach and pier up at Malibu!!! Your Friend, The EQ Guy
