The other really big news today and this might as well have even been connected to the earthquake. . . was the fact that Hurricane Amanda had made its TURN and the very latest in the hours before the Dominican Republic earthquake was that I had immediately been expecting something to happen somewhere!!! Although this happened right as I was leaving for the day and was not to have internet the rest of the day besides an occasional text message, you know. Sure, EQ Guy just might need one of those there fancy "Smart Phones" one of these days. . . but sees no reason why he should run out and invest in one as of yet! Not saying one isn't in my future if you know what I mean! Anyways, I have in front of me the note sheet written out at the moment it was discovered that it turned and noted as Report #24 as of 8am PDT, or 10am Central which agrees with my story, just sayin'. Sure, I did notice that this report gives the winds as 55mph, but also it was now headed directly for one of those islands on that map. Current Latitude=16.3 and the direction looks like North Northeast. Just having checked the globe to see where all this 45mph earthquake energy might be heading and it looks like the straight line goes directly through Chicago!!! Albeit Oklahoma, Missouri and a lot of Illinois along the way! Could be that next Northern Suburbs of Chicago Earthquake and just coincidentally I was thinking Cary/Fox River Grove as I passed through that small town along the Fox River where all the other Northern Illinois Earthquakes had been striking and wondered if that town might get earthquakes being situated right there in the middle of those other ones who had earthquakes recently. This could be the Fox River Grove Earthquake coming!!! Or even the big one that shakes Chicago a real good one, too!!! But most likely it will be New Madrid Region, Oklahoma or Iceland Volcano again. Shouldn't be much bigger than a 5 all day at most of those places, either. Suppose Richmond and WDC could become players in that, too, but honestly the line was not going directly through that region if you can imagine line from Oklahoma to Chicago does not intersect our East Coast it travels northerly. . . but with plate tectonics involved you might watch East Coast just the same. Update: The nearby shores of Mexico could also be affected, as well as possibly California due to being nearby.
The May 2014 New Moon could strike again!!! Keep watching through Thursday for more shaking! The exact moment of the end of the New Moon Window is 11:43am Pacific Time on Thursday but let us watch at least through the rest of the day especially knowing a 5.9 struck so close to the exact moment that we almost know this New Moon definitely has some pull.
