3.0 Carpenteria, California!!! ALSO a 4.1 Struck Near Las Vegas Yesterday!!! WHAT'S Next???

This will very likely be the next major earthquake for one of these three major regions and it is about now getting overdue you could say for one of these major cities to get a direct hit from something major in the 6 or 7 Richters Range, however we all obviously hope it will be another shaker out in a desert area with no damage or injuries. The felt report from 3.0 Carpenteria follows and here is a link to the entire swarm that followed 4.1 Near Vegas yesterday at Earthquake Central: http://eqalert.blogspot.com/2014/01/earthquakes-from-felt-in-las-vegas.html

So, something most likely is coming having just this morning added the Southeast United States to the list of places suffering from severe winter conditions in just the past few weeks! Since these sorts of severe winter conditions did precede many, many Major Earthquakes in the region including Haiti, Northridge, and Paso Robles. . . even including Fort Tejon, and New Madrid Earthquakes, we must now watch closely for something in this league to strike one of those same regions in the coming hours and days, now!!! Do not forget the Great Alaska Earthquake and Tsunami of 1964 is also in that group with the 50th Anniversary coming up on March 27. There was another severe winter shaker of 7.5 Richters at Craig, Alaska on January 5, 2013 and just seen one there again like yesterday at 3.6 Richters so I suppose it is possible there could be more in that far Western Canada Region before this is all over, too! Could even be bigger, although I think the great Alaska might have had still more snow. . . some places do have record snow right this moment as I am writing, too!

The January New Moon Window will officially start this afternoon at 1:41 Pacific Time, so let us begin watching for additional shaking as a result of that all the way through today, tomorrow and through Thursday, January 31, 2014. I guess that is sort of right now as I am writing, and so perhaps I should say a 3.0 Richters has just struck 11 miles south of Carpenteria, California and here are the most recent felt reports, although it will be updated later since this was hardly yet an hour ago:

CITY......ZIP...........CA......USA.....................................#.....KM
Camarillo (93012) CA United States of America......1.....51 km
Carson (90745) CA United States of America..............1....126 km
Manhattan Beach (90266) CA United States of America......1....112 km
Moorpark (93021) CA United States of America......1.....63 km
Tehachapi (93561) CA United States of America......1....140 km
Ventura (93004) CA United States of America..............1.....36 km

So, that's it for today! Expect this New Moon to do some shaking and know they have just had some very severe winter weather with the city of Atlanta currently in a state of gridlock from all the cars left abandoned in all of their streets while they figure out where to start and how they are going to go about clearing all the mess left behind by the most recent severe winter conditions!!! Thank-You for Reading!!! EQ Guy
