As of this morning there is a whole big entire page of earthquakes that have been striking up around Carson City, Nevada actually south of there and two that have struck around San Francisco at 2.3 and 2.9 late last night. Here is the entire list although I may edit it somewhat to clear much smaller entries and it will be followed by the felt reports on the biggest one at a 3.8 at 10 minutes after Midnight my time or Central:

The January 2014 Full Moon Window will start later on today but I always like to say to start watching right now as you can probably see by all the earthquakes now already striking out in California and Nevada. It was kind of a given that California would start shaking after both that big shaker at Cuba and then the one late Sunday early Monday at Puerto Rico. Movement of the North American Tectonic Plate was very likely and looks like it is going to be happening! Could be a lot more with that full moon now covering the next two or three days and increasing somewhat the chances of California getting another possible "Eureka 2010" or Northridge, or something!
