There were a lot of small earthquakes that struck in and around California during the night including the biggest that rang my phone right at midnight as I was dozing off to sleep. 4.0 35km SSW of Ferndale, California 2014-01-02 00:23:09
There was also a 4.5 that struck Iran at just after 8pm my time and when I checked out the epicenter on the map I discovered these towers near the shore of the Straight there that looks identical to Wisconsin Dells!!!!! Except these are still in the geological process of BEING FORMED: So. . . were all those ones that now adorn our deserts actually FORMED by tsunami's and shoreline erosion back in the day???
There will continue to be some earthquake energy lingering out there yet with the Malibu O.P running like another week, yet. I will update all that in coming EQ Blogs! Thank-You Again for Reading!!! EQ Guy
